Completing any home renovation can be a daunting task, especially when it comes to remodeling a kitchen. After doing plenty of research and looking at all the options for countertops, we decided to go with Buffalo Granite and Marble based on their friendly and knowledgeable sales team that took the time to answer all of our questions, and we definitely had a lot! Our overall experience couldn t have been better! The office manager did a great job at keeping us informed, and all of the templaters and installers that came to our house were both professional and friendly. Buffalo Granite did an amazing job from start to finish, and we couldn t be happier with the way that our countertops and full height backsplash turned out! I would recommend Buffalo Granite to everyone, and would not hesitate to use them again!

We were referred to Buffalo Granite and Marble through a Contractor we were working with on our master bathroom and glad we did. Great service and selection. Erica, our sales person was great to work with and helped us with every question and detail. We were so impressed and happy with the bathroom job, we had them do our kitchen countertops also. Fantastic company and products. Very professional install and amazing prices. Erica was our consultant at the showroom, and although they don t get commission, you still get exceptional service. Set expectations upfront and delivered as expected. Would recommend and use again. Use Buffalo Granite and Marble which takes out the middle man costs! We were able to upgrade two bathroom vanity tops for the cost of one at competitors. Adhered to social distancing measures.
For the amount of positive reviews this company has received I am throughly disappointed with my experience. 2 separate visits with the same result. Very unwelcoming feeling from the showroom staff. The sales staff that helped me on my first visit was ok, she just kept telling me the things I asked about were expensive . I didn t feel like they wanted to sell me anything??? On the second visit I was assisted by the manager. VERY pushy, I felt like I was being dragged through the process. I was rushed through numerous rooms to the point I was confused on what I saw. Anywhere else you go everything is clearly organized in a common area. This place is a maze!! Based on the uncomfortable nature even their manager put us in we will not being using or recommending Buffalo Granite and Marble.
Absolutely great experience with Buffalo Granite. Our kitchen countertops exceeded our expectations. Incredible service, and very responsive. Erica and Paul are very knowledgeable. Install team was great also. They even brought in stone from Rochester when we couldn't find a color and pattern we liked locally.
We have used Buffalo Granite several times. We have remodeled a few bathrooms and they have helped us with sills and countertops. Everything goes smoothly. Price is fair. Turn around time is exactly as they say - no delays. Service is great - especially Erica. She really makes any project easier! We won t go anywhere else. We look forward to working with them again on our next project!
This was our first kitchen remodel and Buffalo Granite and Marble was recommended to us by a friend. They had a beautiful selection of granite to choose from and it was so nice to be able to see all of the slabs in person. Erica was so kind and helpful in answering every question we had! From start to finish we felt so comfortable in our decision to work with Buffalo Granite and Marble. The installation crew was so careful in maneuvering the countertops into our kitchen and we were so impressed with the installation. Everything went so smoothly and we still are in love with our countertops! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Buffalo Granite and Marble to anyone and wouldn't use anyone else!
I went to the show room and was immediately helped. The employee who was helping me walked me through a couple of rooms to pick out granite for my fireplace surround and kitchen counter tops. They had a wide selection and beautiful slabs of granite, not to mention very knowledgeable staff. The measurements that were taken at a different date were on the mark and the installation went great. I am very pleased with Buffalo Granite & Marble. I will soon be calling them to put granite in my master bathroom.
