Their website was very easy to use and I was able to get next day delivery for a bouquet of in season flowers and a beautiful plant. They even left a card for my grandmother to call so they can make sure she received her birthday gift. Definitely using them again!!!

I absolutely love Maureen's, the service is fabulous every time! Upon walking in, the smell of fresh flowers fills you right up. You can choose flowers to buy individually or to be arranged for you, or you can give them a price & color scheme and they will create an arrangement for you! Very reasonable prices; the large bouquet pictured below was only $20. Friendly employees who consistently create beautiful bouquets for us. I have only used Maureen's on a walk-in basis, but I suspect their other offerings (weddings, funerals, etc) are equally as delightful. Highly recommend!!
one word: rude!
I am a huge believer in supporting small businesses. I am not from Buffalo, but chose Maureen's because of their location and beautiful arrangements listed online. (or so I thought) I had these delivered to our friend who is not well and the delivery guy was so, SO rude. Literally threw the flower arrangement at the girl at the front desk in the hospital. Also lied to them saying it was for an employee and it was not. It was for a patient. (The hospital had to call us to clarify all the details) I am really disgusted and I will tell everyone I know to never go to Maureen's.
If I could give no stars, I would. Please hire nice, reputable people. Customer service goes a long way!!
I have received many floral arrangements over the years and I have to say the Mother s Garden arrangement I received 5/10/21 was one of the most beautiful ones I have ever received. Filled with shades of soft pink, cream, and white with various types of roses, hydrangeas, ranunculus, gerbera daisies, and assorted green and white fillers...complex and artfully arranged so no matter what direction you view it from your eyes just take in pure and simple beauty. Thank you for sharing your talent in creating such a lovely gift for me.
