Delicious wings and cool atmosphere.... But prices are high and you pay for everything and I mean EVERYTHING. How un American is it to order wings and have to pay for.... The wings+fries+ranch/B. cheese+celery??? I bet they start charging for every napkin you use next.... It's very sad that a mom and pop so called family place makes it pretty much to expensive to eat wings...... Even cooperate restaurants include a dipping sauce. They also give you a wing/fries combo option.... Not Buffalo Chips. That's not an option.. Just sad

Service and food are consistency great. Sauce names are a little misleading. Not as hot as the makes would imply. But great food and service.

I loved this old fashoned little shack. But over the last year the food got worse. Very little sauce on the mediocre chicken wings, potato chips warm and soaked with fat or dry as Pringles. Diet Pepsi tasted like from an old bottle. I m sorry, over two decades it was our favorite chicken restaurant where we met with friends, had a pitcher beer and some wings. But now it s an disappointment for me.

If thou love great dives with the best food, this is your Mecca! The BEST chicken wings you will ever have. If you like hot stuff get killer with a side of death sauce (& yes it us a hot as it sounds)! Make sure to order lots of homemade blue cheese dressing and celery, as your going to need it!

I got the pulled pork sandwich and it was some of the best BBQ food I've had in a while! Outside and inside dining and a cool atmosphere inside and out. After our meal we left the restaurant satisfied but our car wouldn't start. One of the owners and employees jumped our car and we were able to make it back home without having to call triple A.

Their buffalo sandwiches are great! The buffalo chips are awesome (husband couldn't wait and ate almost all of them before I could snap a pic). The only complaint was that the sauce is really hot for the sandwiches.

20 minutes wait ,good service, good beef on wick just like Buffalo ,good wings make sure the entertainment at the tekee bar out back ,additional parking out back

It's an old restaurant, the decor is a bit dated and dusty. I can't speak for the wings as I haven't tried them. The sandwiches, which I did try, were good and the staff was friendly.

So I randomly walk in this place only to find its a Buffalo Bills spot..my absolute favorite sports team!! All the memorabilia was phenomenal & the food & service was amazing amazing experience will definetly be back

Waitress was completely rude. She should of been fired on the spot and wasn t. Obviously management didn t even care that they were so rude. Never go there! I guess I should of known it was sketchy when this is sign that is posted in parking lot

Some if the best wings you will find anywhere. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

The ribs!! Tender isnt even a good enough word. Fall off the bone, juicy and oh so very yummy.

Large selection of sauces. Waiter was great and food was enjoyable.

Food was good, service too but if you sit outside you're probably the kind of person who likes cars and listening to them a lot because this restaurant is right on Old 41 but as I have stated the food is very good and so is the service I recommend visiting here

The food was amazing! I had Chicken Fried Chicken and it was great! The bar only had 3 wines and kind of a decent amount of beer but thats it. The service was great though. We had the Mngr checking on us, as well as our waitress and another man I think was a waiting tables or feom the kitchen... the service was great! They didnt have my Long island lol but thats ok. The food made up for it.

Seems, at first glance like a typical local bar that does some food, but quality of food is far from typical. I will be visiting Buffalo chips every time I am in Bonita Springs.

We recently took a trip to London and were feeling nostalgic so we decided to give Pleasant House Pub a try. We loved it! My husband had a vegan jerk chicken pie which reminded him of the one he had from Borough Market. It was tasty with a kick of spice. It was also a great portion for him. I had the Friday Fish Fry special. I love fish and chips and this did not disappoint! It was crispy without being overly oily. The sauce was flavorful and the chips were a great bite. My husband had a cask ale which I don't enjoy but it is well suited for the restaurant. I had a local craft IPA which I fully enjoyed. Water was served at the greeting which I always appreciate. Our server was excellent.

Love love love this restaurant they have the best food and service and now that I've moved to Bonita it's within 3 miles of my new home I will be coming here more often I highly recommend this bar / restaurant

Buffalo Chips always has amazing service and food. Ester is our favorite server. Always greets you with a smile and remembers your order. The food never disappoints and the wait during season really isn't bad. Such a great atmosphere where you're made to feel like family. A true staple of this town.

From the outside I wasn't too sure. But the fried grouper and onion rings we're some of the best my husband and I have ever had

I have been going here for over 20 years and it has been the same all that time. Best wings ever. I introduced this spot to my kids and it's their favorite spot for wings now too. Staff pretty awesome too. This is a local gem. Great food, great people, and cold beer. What more do you need?

Just had a take out order of fish & chips; a fish sandwich and ff mushrooms, it was excellent. The food was hot and perfectly prepared. Just as impressive was the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety precautions. Everyone was wearing a mask and they even had trays for clean and used pens. Nice job.

When we drove up there was a puddle of vomit in the parking lot...sure was a sign! Food was awful. We ordered the meat Taco...and the buffalo burger was ok. This place was recommended by someone we know....we were disappointed to say the least. Maybe for wings and a beer...that's about it.

Went for my birthday thinking ok this is a non corporate place so the food and service should be pretty good. Party of 4 and lets start with they have way to many tables crammed into that place. The pub tables are 2 small for 4 people. first round of drinks came out ok. Food order went in and the appetizer came out in a timely manor. This is where it all changed, I ordered my wings extra crispy, they we not crispy at all. My wifes burger was greasy not juicy. She also ate her entire meal with out a refill. We had to ask for refills of her tea and our pitcher of beer. A different waitress came to refill her drink after the meal was over. left our table piled with empty bowls and plates. When we asked to see a manager they had to have a corner meeting prior to sending one of 4 (never saw any of them making rounds prior) $105.00 bill they comped a whole $10. Needless to say i wont return .

This place is a joke. Never again will we go eat here again. We were waited on after 2 table of people got there after us. The food was cold, never got refills, waitresses complained that our big order was going to back up the other orders in the kitchen. It's like they were doing us a favor for serving us our food. All in all the worst service ever. Our bill was close to $300 and the treatment was even worst. We were asked in the most rudest way to leave because they were closed up and only servicing call in orders. We weren't even done eating. Google asked me if I was in that location and I was ashamed to reply that I was. Worst ever place. Dont spend your money at a business that does not appreciate your visit. The only reason they get a star is cus it doesnt even allow you to leave it empty but they dont even deserve a star.

On 6/12/2020 at around 2pm, an employee here STOLE my credit card number. The next day they attempted to make several online purchases. Thankfully my bank did not approve the charges.

My husband and I had the Friday special with was fried haddock, buffalo chips,hushpupies, and Cole slaw. It's was so delicious. The fish was done perfectly not too much fried batter around it. Absolutely will go back and my this time order the flowering onion or the huge nachos. Staff was great and the place was clean.

Reasonably priced comfort food. Fish and chips were very good. Crowded and seating could be more comfortable.

The restaurant has a quaint dive bar interior with photos on the wall and booths and a few tables inside. The booths seat fabric is in disrepair and the place feels down. The booths look cheap. The menu looked appetizing and the reviews were good so we decided to try the place .

The place was busy but we were able to get a booth pretty quickly . It took about five minutes for a waitress to get our drink order, then about five more to get them and then provide our order. Service slowed down considerably from there. We were not checked on until our food came out and we had to prompt the food deliverer to find our waitress.

The fried onion was good and well cooked but needed a little more flavor to the batter. Pulled pork was good. Curly fries were bland. The barbecue beans are terrible and taste like smoke.

Chicken wings were good. Nice flavor sauce.

The entire hour I was there the waitress checked on us maybe four times total. Drinks were kept empty and overall not a good experience. Staff were friendly but not good at their job.

Waitress spent more time talking with other staff and on her phone than managing tables.

Manager should also check front of house to ensure customers are happy.

Been going here for 15 years ordinarily love it. I knew it wasn't the cleanest place but today got seated in at a table with crumbs on the table and all over the seats, no biggie really but when I opened the menu there was a dead flattered lizard. Unbelievable. Won't be back

Been going to Buffalo Chips since I was a kid. Mine & my boyfriend's absolute favorite place for wings & ice cold beer. Something about the mason jar glasses & the zippy cajun wing sauce The staff is also amazing, fast & friendly. Especially Sean, Izzy & Sally! I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thanks, y'all!

This place was awful. I am flabbergasted how terrible the food was, only losing out to its disgusting service. A greater disappointment than my son.

We didn't even eat here we walked in to eat and well we had to walk through a gauntlet of cigarettes in first part of establishment...also it is attached to a seedy motel how this place has a 4.4 star rating is beyond me...the chef net us at counter with missing teeth and a very dirty clothing...DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH

Just dined here during quarantine. Our server Annie was great. Me and my friend both left her over 50% tips. Food was excellent! We ve been finding spots to film food reviews at and definitely wanted to include this place. Pulled pork, baked beans and Collard greens all 10/10. However, the manager, Sandy came over twice to us while we were having a work meeting on our laptop, to tell us to keep it down because we were being too loud and she could hear us all the way at the bar (which we were sitting right next to. Mind you, there were only two other tables seated in the entire dining room. We had to keep moving the laptop closer to us so I really don t understand how we were being such a disturbance in a SPORTS BAR BBQ joint as one of the 3 tables that were sat. Anyway, I highly recommend this place for the food however I do recommend management be more courteous to their guests especially when they are operating at limited capacity. She could hear us at the bar because we were one of the only tables. that s all.

If your looking for some great wing, you must eat here, I grew up in this town so I've tried all the new wing places and no one beats Buffalo Chips, My favorite are the Hot Garlic, it has just the right kick and flavor.

Some of the best wings in SW Florida. If you go, don't forget to check all the photos of stars who ate here when they were cheating on their diets as they stayed at the old Shangri La.

Wings were delicious. Buffalo burger super yummy. Great experience and affordable. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was the extra charge for ranch and sauce for wings. Other than that no complaints at all
