I made the right decision not to book anything with them based on their reviews and how they treat others. I trust that reviews are reliable sources considering they say the same thing about them. I was hoping for a better alternative, but all I received was disappointment from this company. I call in for their load and they answer with no care. Also, their best offer rate is $500 on hauls. You couldn't pay us enough to haul for them for such a cheap rate. Learn to communicate with others and practice better business.

I am a o/o with Buchanan. I got to say I'm very happy here. Make a good living. I have a good dispatcher. Good equipment nothing bad to say at all.

I drove for them 5 yrs ago. They have experience in flatbed business but are clueless in the van business. Just look at all the likes on the 1 star reviews. Enough said

Pulled a load for them. They had the wrong city on the paperwork. I went to where the contract said to go then had to go to a total different town. Now they don't want to pay for the extra stop or additional mileage. I'll never pull another one for them and strongly advise everyone else against it also

I have never seen such an unprofessional company!! And thieves at that! My husband has worked for this company for only a month and has only received ONE pay check!!! ONE, The lady in settlements has NO common sense, and they can t get anything straight. There is always loads and pay missing from each check to the point we apparently owe them! Also there is a recruiter named Carly that LOVES to send inappropriate messages to married employees! Do NOT work for this company!!

Johnny and Andy were very helpful in getting us information and payment for a load transfer but the first person i talked to had no idea about it and couldn t find it but Johnny was able to resolve in about a 3 minute phone call

My company booked and did a load with broker Erica. We booked for next day delivery from CA to AZ. But when my driver reached at the receiver they said you don't have any appointment for today. but we can arrange for tommorow. So I called broker and we decided on layover for $250. After delivering next day we asked for that money but she refused to pay us and she started blaming on us. I tried to reach her so many times for it but she said she is not going to pay us.
I will tell everyone not to work with them specially with this lady Erica. They should be respectful and also pay us what we decided on.

Was told by a broker "we were notified of your appointment change last night." Yet no one decided to call me or even send an email letting me know. Just another lie brokers come up with to save face but sad thing is it's not the first time Buchanan has lied on a rate confirmation which is the reason for this review. Not that hard to be honest and communicate but it seems to be here.
