Nothing but trouble with this place. It's all about making Money, the after Sales Service is Pathetic.

The Staff are useless.
The CEO is a puppet to the Staff.

Had nothing but great service and support from this company. Our team of bodyguards rely on communications devices and a network that works effectively and efficiently 24/7. All communications with BTW have been professional and efficient. We have been dealing with Kylie and Darren and their team for over 4 years, using radios to communicate with each other in our coffee van business. Their after sales service is always great, and carried out with a no fuss attitude. We recommend them to everyone in need of radios.

Had a request that multiple other 2 way companies couldn t help out with yet it josh was more than happy to help out. even swiftly answering emails after hours and personally testing to ensure it worked 100%.

Got sent a bent antenna and they said it probably came to them like that.

After I received the item I had to purchase a connector. was bit strange. guess I assumed there was one with it. I mean how silly of me. had to go to jaycar to finish the job.

They have been responsive with emails but to openly say that they have no interest in providing a complete or undamaged product was strange to me.

I contacted BTW Comms when our normal provider was not able delivery within our required time-frame. Long story short. BTW Comms is now our radio rental suppliers! Michelle and the Team have always been wonderful, the service is next level and the pricing is so reasonable!

Would defiantly recommend!

Great Company for all two way radio requirements. They even have walkie talkies for real about town professionals.
