For your sake, never use this company! After damaging two of our shipments in quick succession, we filed two claims with them. They blatantly ignored the first claim and refused to respond, then falsified the information on the second claim to try to reduce the amount they owed. We involved our lawyer, but they refused to cooperate and even had the audacity to chase us for payment for these shipments! If I could give them less than one star, I certainly would!

Reliable and dependable company with professional and friendly staff. BTS has been our go to company when its time to ship/move our food packaging equipment and other freight. BTS have been providing solution to our transportation needs since 2015.

This place is a joke! Another mc # with no true value or offering. Another non-innovative 3PL. Get with the times. Dan De- Lamo typical used car salesman.

Wish I could give 10 stars! Bobby has moved our freight for years and has always been efficient! Great communication!
