I recently had an experience that didn't quite live up to my expectations. While the team was friendly and responsive, the quality of workmanship left much to be desired. 😕 There were several inconsistencies in the flooring installation that became apparent soon after completion. Communication could have been clearer during the process as well. I was hoping for a more polished result. 🏡
