I relocated to Florida and had been searching 6 months before a BTG recruiter reached out to me. My recruiter was awesome. He listened to really understand my skills and helped tailor my resume to what employers were looking for. I started a position as a contractor which has now moved to fulltime permanent. During my time at BTG I found all of the office staff to be amazing! Everyone was very responsive and always encouraging! My recruiter kept in constant contact and was genuinely vested in my success. This is a great company and I would recommend them time and time again!

This staffing company is a joke. I was assigned to Florida Blue for open enrollment and Tabitha Bowen was the recruiter for this position. On the second day of the assignment, I informed her that I'd be out of the office from October 4 thru October 8 due to a wedding in Jamaica. she approved of those days but on October 8, Derek the account manager contacted me and terminated me from the assignment wrongfully. if you're on contract with this company, be careful. there is a lack of communication and you'll end of looking bad in the end. I've already filed complaints on this company.
