They were contracted by our builder to install an appliance package in our new construction home. When the gas range was installed, they failed to check to see if the unit even worked. It didn't. So it sat in the house for weeks while construction was being completed. After settlement, the issue was realized and BSI was contacted. We were told we would have to call Whirlpool. This is unacceptable, BSI should have noticed the issue upon installation. I tried calling Whirlpool and was unsatisfied with the results, so I called BSI back. They said they would swap out the range immediately, but have failed to follow through. The district sales manager has stopped responding to text messages, he doesn't answer the phone and his voicemail is full. Hopefully our builder will change vendors going forward. Unacceptable service.
