The manual of window screen 400 is not correct. Contacted by telephone, but "this is done through another department and it is Friday, so we can call you back on Monday or you will go back to the hardware store". Well, there you are with a half-cut screen, faulty manual and you cannot continue for 3 days.
I find Bruynzeel pleated screen door S700 (100x229) an extremely disappointing product, especially in that price range. The screen does not fall within a guide at the bottom, so that the screen simply blows in with some wind, partly because the bottom string is placed too high. The one black thing that should keep the screen neatly upright in the middle of the rail remains behind and is constantly skewed. Because there is no brush on the side of the door, and there is still a small gap where it closes, mosquitoes can still enter there.
Bruynzeel initially did not respond to my report via the contact form. A few weeks later I sent another message via FB / messenger. This was answered within 5 minutes and forwarded to the appropriate department. I was able to deliver the door to the point of sale and got my money back.
At the Gamma for less than 20.00 euros a lamellenhor bought.
A mounting strip tore in half when assembled.
Photos and emails could not convince Bruynzeel to provide warranty / service as we could not show the purchase receipt.
Strip bought in webshop for 3.90 + 3.50 shipping costs.
Guarantee fine but then your receipt for two years for such a flut horretje.

5 year warranty on an expensive mirror cabinet. After 7 years, the mirror doors start to release from the hinges (glued). Ok, guarantee is over but the reaction "we can't do anything for you" made the steam come out of my ears. Never again Bruynzeel. Quality and service are not ok.
Bathroom furniture purchased from Bruynzeel. Beautiful furniture, everything is still working properly (almost two years after installation). Overflow rosette had unfortunately broken, but after a mail a new one was neatly sent.
8-10 years ago purchased a 2 person Bruynzeel infrared 2 person sauna at the Gamma in Zaanstad.
After 4 years a malfunction with the transformer HT25c003.
Neatly resolved.
After 8 years again a malfunction with this transformer.
Referred back to Gamma by Bruynzeel.
Take the transformer and they will replace it.
The transformer is no longer available, and so I can place my otherwise completely okay sauna of 1,600 with the old waste.
Abort complete construction on my first floor because there is no replacement transformer!
If there is no response to this, I advise every future customer of Bruynzeel and Gamma to consider 10 times before you do business with these companies.

Even 1 star is 1 too many. Via Gamma inset screens ordered with the dimensions as passed on by the window frames man. And these were excellent and unfortunately now worn out. The horrn came after 4 to 5 weeks. First the smallest due, it was 0.5 cm too short in height. When I placed the screen and I opened the window, the screen was not tight in the frame and came out. Then fitted the large mosquito screens for the living room. 2 pcs of 73.5 x 136.2. This also did not quite fit. Actually not at all. The height of 136.3 was only 133.2. So a large letterbox remained and the screen was not left in place. WE had to wait over 3 weeks for the rejection of the complaint. Both Bruynzeel and Gamma stick their heads in the sand and apparently do not look at 3 cm. So NEVER go to Gamma for insect screens and certainly not to Bruynzeel, because they have no understanding of it at all and refuse any response. We are again 450 poorer and will try another procedure. (To be continued) Bruynzeel's breach of contract. But unfortunately they are known for that.
