There are bad agencies everywhere but this is the worst! What worries from the moment of signing until departure, not a week without having to contact them! Look down on you bad times, even with legal evidence.

1: For visits - The person is not able to arrive on time (30 min late)
2: If assistance is needed during the rental due to malfunctions within the apartment and which is their responsibility - do not expect any reaction before 5 months
3: It is the tenant who must take care of making visits for the future occupants of the apartment - luckily when we sign a lease with them we pay agency fees which include visitation fees
4: Abusive withdrawals when we have left the apartment for a month and we have to wait 10 days before seeing the funds returned
5: Delay in the return of security deposits and in addition we refuse to pay the interest on delays that are due
Agency to flee totally incompetent and with a total lack of organization.
Be very aware that, while leaving the rented apartment, this company can come up with extra bills which were not part of the contract. One can easily get cheated by "unforeseen payments" and the amount can be more than a month's rental. Please be cautious before signing a contract with this company.
