Happened to be in Troy on a bus charter. Stopped into Dunkin for a bite and Brueggers next door. Pumpernickle bagels!!!!! I cleaned them out. Might have to make up a reason to drive there again.

Rude, cashiers and managers give a lot of attitude, do not treat paying customers with respect at all. Very trashy. And it s sad b/c Brugers is not a McDonald s, it s a nice place to get some breakfast and it s ran by these crude individuals who clearly hate their jobs and don t care about the kind of service they give out. So disgusting and disappointing. Get it together brugers.

It was nice to try the original Bruegger's! The shop is well run, the bagels nice and plump!

Normally I love Bruegger's bagels, but this location can't seem to master the bagel. Still way better than DD

Delicious bagels, wish they had a few more non-dairy options and I was a bit disappointed with the whopping 2-3 small pieces of turkey in my turkey sandwich. Also would be nice if they had more than one choice for soup, especially when it's getting colder outside

worst place ever, its like they put their staff through a dummy machine, stare at you as you try to order. cashier was rude, food was wrong again and again again. im sick of coming here and getting treated poorly, service is terrible, and you never get the right food. ditch this place as fast as you can. Cashier needs to be fired.

Delicious bagels and friendly staff! Their avacado, egg whites, bacon, tomato with a tomato jam is so good!
