We have just purchased a FiveStar Range and we love it. We did have some broken parts when we received the shipment, but a simple call -- and new grates were sent immediately within a week. The customer service is excellent! WHen considering whether to purchase this product, CS spent a lot of time on the phone answering every question I had. I have cooked on it for a few days now -- it seems to work well. I purchased the 48" rangetop with griddle and I really do love how much space I have to use now. I love that this is an AMerican company. I love the customer service very much. I highly recommend this product. The price point is excellent for the product. I could have spent twice this much on a rangetop and not received much extra in return. Thank you FiveStar of Brown Sotve Works (parent company).

This is a terrible place to work. The plant manager Dwayne Henderson is a complete joke That fired me for no reason after 3 days and now he refuses to pay me for the 3 days that I worked. They do not wear face masks they do not follow the health restrictions and guidelines for covid-19. The plant is a mess and injury waiting to happen. The shipping manager is very unprofessional.

Three weeks for one oven knob and other needed parts are on back order. Come on Brown you should have parts in stock. I will not buy another Brown appliance Ever.
