Great company! I've worked for Spencer and Carrie remotely since the doors opened at Brown and Partners. Great people, growing company, perfect place for those looking for a career rather than just a job.
Since starting in April of 2019 I've been able to travel between Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Columbia, and everywhere in between. I've been able to participate in a ton of exciting events that have built team cohesion. The next one aims to take us to the National Olympic Whitewater Rafting Center in NC. I've also had the pleasure of meeting and picking the brains of several people that started where I did and are now wildly successful entrepreneurs. Still, my favorite thing about this place is that the people here genuinely care about each other and everyone that comes in through the doors. If this sounds like your kind of work environment, then come experience it for yourself.
A marketing rep from Brown & Partners, Jason Houtz, spent their afternoon going door-to-door trying to sell AT&T service to our neighborhood. When I explained that we're a posted "No Soliciting" neighborhood and asked them to leave, Jason changed his tune and claimed that they're allowed to go door-to-door about service updates, but not selling anything. I'd already listened to Jason selling AT&T packages at 3 other houses; we're a small neighborhood. Come on y'all - I'd hope your organization has better practices than this. Hate to think Brown & Partners would endorse violating the space of others.
I worked at Brown & Partners from July 2020-February 2021. In the short amount of time that I was there I learned a lot about the business and myself. The business is a great opportunity for people who are driven and have a great work ethic. The work environment is great and other co-workers care about you and help you. I enjoyed my time here and I appreciate the opportunity that I was given; I mentally and emotionally grew a lot. Thank you Spencer and PJ!
Worked with the company in 2019 and in the short time of working there I had the privilege of traveling and learning how to enter the world of sales. This is an awesome company with genuinely nice people and a manager that will always help you when you need it.
