Brotherton Cadillac, Buick, GMC Review

I came in for an oil change and a few other small cosmetic issues with the car. The vehicle had some interior trim squeaks and rattles. The dealer kept the car and identified the sources of the problem and rectified pretty quickly. washed my car and handed it back to me in perfect shape. During the time I was provided with a nicely equipped and clean loaner car. the staff were freindly, knowledgeable and receptive.

Aaron Friend comes highly recommended. My journey started at Cadillac Bellevue (what a mess). I came back to Aaron and did everything he could. Numbers were 100.00 dollars more than I wanted to pay. It didn't Phase him. He went back and got it 130.00 below is was willing to pay. He wasn't pushy kind and didn't try to sell me another car unlike Bellevue when they couldn't meet my numbers.

I went to Brotherton GMC and met Aaron he was so pleasant in assisting in looking for a new car for my family and helping me find something that will fit my family needs and I hope to bring my hubby next week and purchase a GMC Acadia

I had a breakdown and had to be towed. There was enough time to assess the issue and it was fixed the next day & got my car back. Was lucky & the part needed was in stock. I was very pleased.

I just bought an used Dodge Ram at this dealership, it was my 8th time buying a car, I ve been to multiple dealerships, but so far these guys were the best, Ramon the salesman that took care of me, he went beyond, we made the deal thru texts, I sent him pictures of the car I wanted to trade, he answered every question, and send me more pictures of the truck, when I was ready I went to see the truck and was out of that place with my truck in about a little over an hour, they had good financing lined up for me, but I went with the credit union I bank with, I did not have all the paper work, but they let me drive out in my truck, I came back couple days later with my loan s paper work and we finalized everything. I got good money for my previous car and I bought the truck under KBB value. I highly recommended these guys, if I m ever in the market for another car either new or used, I will look what Brotherton has in their lot, they earned my business for ever. Thanks Ramon.

Brotherton was the 4th dealership I called in the Puget Sound area, and the furthest from my home I had contacted. I should have called Brotherton first. I was immediately given a quote with a more than fair price, given the best deal possible without having to go back and forth and negotiate and present offers from other dealerships. It was clear Brotherton wanted my business and wanted to work with me, and was being honest and straightforward. I really really appreciated this. Other dealerships gave me the run around and presented me with a laughably high price for my desired vehicle. The staff I worked with at Brotherton were easy to work with, communicative, responsive, and kind. There was one hiccup with my lease deal and they went out of their to fix it as soon as possible It was likely the least stressful and least time consuming car leasing experience I ve ever had. There are 4 or 5 GM dealerships closer to my home than Brotherton, but in the future I will not go anywhere else, I won t even bother calling other dealerships.

Unfortunately, they turned into the stereotypical used car dealer.
Before I purchased, they were friendly and highly responsive. After the sale, nothing.... no thanks for buying, let us know if there is anything we can do, please recommend us, etc. They didn't respond to my text or messages.
I realize it's my responsibility to verify, I accept my role...but, I was told "... spent a bunch of money and time preparing for sale... new tires (check), new brakes (NO), repaired chips on hood (NO) and everything works (NO...non working heated steering wheel and non working running light). My fault for not checking, their fault for misleading me and not responding. They didn't respond to me, but have no problem sending me emails to come in for service. I am disappointed.

Thank you for providing a contact number. I called it last Tuesday. Per Tim, ".... my manager is at lunch then will be doing interviews. He'll call you back." That was a week ago; I've heard nothing.

It's now been THREE (3) weeks....no contact from manager, sales or service. Changed from two stars to one.

I bought my first Buick at this place. Everyone I worked with was so good and patient. They worked hard at getting me a good price and they gave the best trade in value for my car. I was very happy and fully expect to go there again. They were not at all pushy.

They say it's a woman's prerogative to change her mind and boy did I. Spending a year looking for a vehicle I thought I knew what I wanted but had a lot of anxiety about pulling the trigger. Saif and Keith really helped settle my fears after changing my mind about a million times. They delivered on everything they promised me and I would be happy to buy a vehicle from them again. Super team at Brotherton and I got a beautiful vehicle that I love. ( Come on Weekdays if you want cookies!)

Ian in sales is just terrific. He walked me through the process of buying what would have been my first car (too bad I couldn't make a deal cause of my budget). Very helpful and accommodating! He let me test drive the car for almost half a day and to get it inspected, was completely supportive and understanding.

Everything went very well, was taken care of with great service.

The online appointment system did not register my appointment at the dealership. As a result I arrived 1 hour earlier assuming I had an appointment. The service rep did try to "squeeze" me in, however I still ended up sitting around waiting for an extended time

My experience with Brotherton has been EXCEPTIONAL...the level of service I received from the Brotherton Sales and Finance team: Brandee Miller, Dan Skjonsberg and MKristo was OUTSTANDING!!! This was THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had!!! Thank you for your TRUTHFUL and HONEST approach towards me, for changing my mind about the car dealerships, and for selling me such a BEAUTIFUL car!!! You all are AWESOME!!!

We bought our last car here and had an excellent experience. We worked with Graham. We came prepared, but he was equally well prepared with comparables and market trends, and was very nice to work with. The negotiations were fair and quick and the financing went smoothly. I would easily recommend this dealership to anyone.
