Unfortunately, they turned into the stereotypical used car dealer.
Before I purchased, they were friendly and highly responsive. After the sale, nothing.... no thanks for buying, let us know if there is anything we can do, please recommend us, etc. They didn't respond to my text or messages.
I realize it's my responsibility to verify, I accept my role...but, I was told "... spent a bunch of money and time preparing for sale... new tires (check), new brakes (NO), repaired chips on hood (NO) and everything works (NO...non working heated steering wheel and non working running light). My fault for not checking, their fault for misleading me and not responding. They didn't respond to me, but have no problem sending me emails to come in for service. I am disappointed.

Thank you for providing a contact number. I called it last Tuesday. Per Tim, ".... my manager is at lunch then will be doing interviews. He'll call you back." That was a week ago; I've heard nothing.

It's now been THREE (3) weeks....no contact from manager, sales or service. Changed from two stars to one.
