Missed literally half of the concert I waited months to see because SECURITY was very disorganized. Half the ticket holders were outside in the rain squeezing to get into the doors. People checking the bags are rude and don't care if they hold you up. Cant even get refunded or partial money back. Whats the point of getting to a show on time if the VENUE makes me miss half of it??? The absolute worst!!! I had floor seats. Complete waste of money.

I was there for the inaugural Big 3 game. I forgot to print out the tickets on paper and we were asked to wait in line for an extended amount of time. Someone helped and we were able to get in but the troubles began from there. Securities said we could not go to our floor seats without paper tickets. The technology is advanced enough to not to rely on physical paper print outs.

Nice, modern, decently priced drinks but best to get food outside the arena, modern facility

It's fancy, it's big. Can't bring your own food so you have to buy very expensive hotdogs.

Good stadium but god, choose seats proper. We went to Basket Ball game Knicks vs Nets and took seats in middle rows but near stairs. Duh..so many people keep going in and out and block the view at exact moment of a basket. Wonder why they can't sit like in a movie. So much disturbance. Wonder if its the stadium design or the people were really hungry that day and grabbing food from shops below so often.

Its very close to Metro/Subway and Long Island Rail Road(LIRR) so reaching there is breeze but need tough jackets as winter can hurt you while waiting/catching ride.

For a billion dollar center, the Barclay Stef during an event would not ever fill my water despite I purchased a soda as well. No one on line in front of me or behind me, just 2 staff members standing there doing nothing and made me go to a water fountain to fill up my water bottles, poor service!

This is the biggest venue ever. If you're in GA prepare to drowned in a sea of people, but have a fun time doing it!

$19.50 for a double shot of Stoli. The whole bottle doesn't even cost that much. Or you could spend your $19 on 2 hotdogs and a bottle of water. Criminals

Dope arena. Qatar lounge and billboard lounge is amazing. Very friendly staff.

My stomach still hurts from the crappy food. The ice is awful for hockey. But, even the obstructed seats are good

Beer selection is my only knock. It's easy to get to, easy to navigate, clean, and an overall great place to catch a game.

Went there for an Islanders game. Venue was very nice and clean. The only killer is getting food and beverages as the prices are very expensive, but it is like that at every sports event

I don't see what every one complains about. Seats were good and realitivly inexpensive. LIRR drops of 1 block away. Family of 6 had a great night.

Awesome arena. Everything you would want from a NYC venue. The best sound experience for exciting shows/concerts. Basketball is great here. Hockey is good enough but beware the limited view. LGI

Yesterday we attended an Islanders game. I hadn't heard great things about the hockey experience at the Barclays Center. However we enjoyed it. We sat in the top 200s, could see everything. I would recommend seeing a game there, just be cautious when choosing seats to avoid the obstructed view seats. Go Islanders!

Great Arena, went there for a concert and I can't wait to see a good basketball game.

I love this place no matter where you sit there is alway's a great view. Pubic transportation is easily accessible. Only draw back is parking in the street is close to impossible, but there are plenty of parking lot. which will cost you about the same as your monthly mortgage...

I love watching boxing here more than the rival place nearby (no names mentioned). LoL

The location, the crowd, the staff, the service, the fact that it is a fairly new construction and last but not least, it left a great impression on me being that this was the first time visiting at it was for my son's college graduation!! Awesome arena!!!

A bit pricey but good overall experience! Grade: B They need to work on the sound system as well. A bit echoey

Great Venue but took time to get in via it was a kids Disney on ice show and many young children strollers etc made it harder to get through security checkpoint at entrance

The only thing i had problems was with crowd control. When we first got there all the lines were mixed up. Also the staff needed help with communication, for instance the "no bags line" was actually letting people with bags. So it be nice if they had better signs saying which line was for what. Other then that i was satisfied with my experience.

Very easy imgetting in and findinf the seats for our event. Beer prices are out of controk though!

Just visited the box office to buy tix for future events. Not happy to have to stand outside, scream thru a glass window and remove my wallet in middle of Flatbush ave to purchase tix.WHY CAN'T CUSTOMERS ENTER BUILDING TO BUY TIX???

The Barclays is awesome. Went here for Yams Day. Awesome awesome, they do not tolerate paraphernalia during shows.

I hated it, it is really uncomfortable and never feel safe seating, too narrow the space between people, I'm not fat and I was really tide on those seat, I would never go over there for a concert.

Good security check during a basketball game, they know how to handle big crowds

Purchased $200 pp so called "VIP" tickets from NYC Basketball kids league for BB game on 10/28. Was told via text my kids would get a free shot after the game and later told would get an autograph from players. Later told the autograph would be by a Net player. Waited almost an hour just to get an autograph from the Net player ( Dinwiddie) who was unenthusiastic and no shot! My kids were disappointed( cried all the way home) and I was mislead. I hate when people lie to kids! I won't buy tickets from that league again!!!

Upper level seating 200 series is very tight not a lot of leg room extremely pitch steps very dangerous managing going up and down food is ridiculous priced only open the doors to sports events one hour before game time must see arenas open up 90 minutes before game time over a Billion dollars spent on construction horrible sight lines for hockey games scoreboard is not even over center ice very poor planning the box office to call for information is completely useless on a positive note the Bartenders are very polite and courteous on a side note Brett Yormark is a management Shill and puppet do not know anything about Hockey or Basketball history or fan relations and he is the suppose it face of the Nets and Islanders i think not,peace out Brohammer

Seating was a bit tight, but comfortable. Kind of tough to view the fight from section 14, but still enjoyable.

Nice arena odd layout for some seats but a nice building.

Went on a bus trip here excellent experience so LeBron James and the Lakers food was tremendous seats for great great energy in the crowd 40/40 Club Buffet great and the chicken I don't know what they do with the chicken great also

The VIP entrance right off the side of the street the dried up stairs to the suite level it was awesome add a great Box with the family plenty of food and drink and the service was great too

Great concert by Keith Urban. Had the place rocking. Ushers showed us to our seat with no problems, and the people sitting around us were very friendly. We had a great time.
