Smart new building with fantastic coffee shops around.

Could be better , just same regular take away with one good bar , nothing special.

Huge cafeteria at rear with large selection of snacks / meals. Clean & tidy and OK for business meetings when not busy.

Lots of great new bars to discover. Choo Choo's is my favorate (serving unique cocktails in a bar shaped like a train)

I work in this area so spend a lot of time in the area. Firstly let's talk about the wind - for some reason behind this building, the wind really gets moving and it can be very chilly and cool your food off quick if you are sitting outside. There is a great choice of food both inside on the ground floor and in front of the building. Everything from cheap food court style to higher end dining experiences. If you are after a drink there is also ample selection. Choo Choo's is great during happy hour 5 - 6 and there are plenty of other places that attract a trendy crowd and are busy into the late hours. Overall they have done a good job of creating a vibrant place that otherwise is lacking in this part of the city.

Fresh precinct with eateries and places to drink. Also, connected to the esplanade bus station by a sky bridge.

The atmosphere is nice. The staff are great . The food is wonderful. A bit pricey for asian food but still worth it.
