At closing all went well. My client made several contacts to them regarding withheld inheritance tax. Left numerous messages to agent,Chris, who would not return the calls. I was notified, made contact with receptionist who did help to resolve the issue. Chris didn t return calls since the property closed.????? Disappointing everyone is great up to closing then all you get is crickets. Try a different company.

When I read some of the reviews that talk about satisfying water/sewage, that is a issue on the sellers end...not the title company.
Most people do not know that those are one of the few lienable items on a property and must be satisfied prior to close. The only time title would probable get involve if there is a larger than normal balance. Title is just doing their job. AND to complain about any transaction that happened during covid is just insane...nothing was normal about any transaction process during that time and everyone was doing their best to make everyone involved safe and happy.
I highly recommend Broker's and am confident in their abilities to "get it done".
