The loaders name was Justin, he came up to me right away. Figured what I was picking up. One if the items was not ready, so he busted his rear end got it ready and loaded me in decent time. Wasn't his fault at all, considering he's the only one man in that department at the current time.

I am a self starter i always complete tasks and look for other tasks. I am competent and motivated. When it comes to attendance i am there before anyone else. Yet who ever lied about the above so your loss broadwin. They want the fat lazy stupid guy to make fun of. I see harassment and sometimes cruel behavior on the lead and the two others. Let me go based on attendance and lack of motiivation and performance. I call bs this is not done
