Great Apartment in a great location. Also came with the additional benefit of a parking space which I did not realise. Was very clean and had all the kitchen equipment we needed to make my family comfortable whilst we where waiting to move houses
My family and I are now staying at one of the apartments from this company, Seven Living. This apartment is not the one we saw on advertisement. It is smaller, and it has only one bathroom instead of two as mentioned on the advertisement. This company said the one with two bathroom is not available at the moment. We got no any refund or price reduction. This is really a scam !!!
The heater doesn t work at all. My family including two young children have to wear down jacket the whole day at the apartment and they still feel very cold. We keep making complaint, of course no response. Imagine how bad the situation is if there is no heating when the outside temperature is below 0 degree Celsius. This company has no sense of responsibilities at all.
The apartment is also not clean. We always get bite by ticks. We have already paid for this apartment for whole month. We are still suffering........
