Branden our Tech has been to my home a few times, and is a fantastic representative for your company! Always efficient, polite and takes customer service, seriously. I would rate him a 10 in his cordiality and knowledge!

***UPDATE 03/19/20 - BROADSTAR IS TRYING TO CHARGE US $409 EVEN THOUGH WE MOVED OUT IN FEBRUARY AND TURNED ALL OF OUR EQUIPMENT IN AND THEY BILL IN ADVANCED***. Just moved out of Arium of Sunrise where we were forced to have this company. It was the worst ISP/ Cable provider I ve ever had. Worse than Comcast. They could only come out on like a Wednesday between 8 and 4 to fix anything, so I never bothered calling because I was always at work. We used old Dish equipment. They replaced my slow router twice, each time with a comment that s really old . I had to run my own router to get decent WiFi range. They did redo all of the wiring to the building to help eliminate issues like pixelation, but didn t make a difference. Regardless, we moved out now and now have Comcast that I can call 24/7 if I have an issue, and they even come out to make repairs while I m home. If you unfortunately have to encounter this company, best of luck.

Branden your Tech has been to my home a few times, and is a great representative for your company! Good at what he does! The problem I have with BroadStar is speaking with someone on the phone without being placed on hold for long periods of time and then waiting several days for service. Speaking with yours customers about their concerns and getting them resolved ASAP should be a priority. Just do your job!

A year and a half ago we moved into Horizon Villag...

A year and a half ago we moved into Horizon Village. We had a great Tech named Branden (#7099) do all the connections for the equipment and got us up and running. Had a recent problem. Just happened that Branden was working in our park and he got the service request. He fixed the problem and even found out why we were having intermittent problems (bad cable and splitter). Have to give him a shout out to say THANKS! And, thanks BroadStar for great service at a fair price. Really helps us seniors out!

Worst company EVER in cable. All channels disappea...

Worst company EVER in cable. All channels disappear when u call they say sorry department is closed and will have to reset it box tomorrow. So after a long day at work to come home to no TV all night. Knowing that there s a problem all day. You would think they have ppl working on this issues for there customers
This is why ppl are moving out there apartments due to not being able to select your own cable provider

They offer decent speeds at very acceptable prices. I work in IT, have for 13 years, and it was nice to see that the tech was very knowledgeable and even helped me identify a wiring issue that I had no clue about! Above and beyond tech and phone service so far.

Far happier than I expected to be with their service.

One star removed as the download speed isn't very consistent and will go from the expected 25mbps to 2 or 70! Definitely seems to be shared speed throughout my RV park.

I have tried for months now to get the ports opene...

I have tried for months now to get the ports opened up on my account to be able to view my security cameras while out of town. This is not a difficult request. I gave them the port numbers and still nothing. I am on the phone with them again. Such a waste of my time! IT support is horrible!!! So fed up!!!
