The working environment is unlike any other ...Very Positive and very high energy. I like the fact that everyone is there to help you grow and there is no seniority in the company. Starting from the owner to every leader, they got your best interest. What makes it stand out is the upper mobility of the company, the people, and the structure of the firm. I love the people I work with which is hard to say on other industries.

Broadway Consulting was a great company to have an internship with. I could clearly see how much they valued their employees and that they wanted to see them all succeed! I was able to have a remote internship with them and it fit exactly what I wanted/needed. The people I worked with were so friendly and genuine, they regularly checked in with me as well! If they are a representation of what the other employees are like there, it s an office filled with great people. I m thankful for my internship opportunity. I ll be able to take what I learned from working with them and apply it to my future career!
Broadway consulting, it s an amazing company with an outstanding employees. The environment it s great and there always for growth. Love working with them, everyone takes good care of each other and are always motivated to achieve high goals!!
This is an excellent company that focus on self-growth as well as team-growth. No one gets left behind and they try to grow every individual to become the most successful person that they can. It s truly an honor to be able to work for such a good company as well as a well paying company.
Believe the reviews, people. Had a terrible experience even setting up an interview.
Received the opportunity to interview with this firm earlier today, but had a few questions about the bad reviews and vague job descriptions.
I called the company twice to address these questions before my interview, but my questions were dodged and I was even hung up on when I asked more specifically about these issues.
They pushed the reviews off onto a company called South Inc, which performs the same tasks and receives similarly poor reviews, but each company has their own specific complaints. Not to mention, it'd be very hard to confuse a company that just treated you so poorly.
If you've never been catfished for a marketing job, have at it. Otherwise, don't waste your time.
So here s the thing. It s not a bad job, and it s with some really amazing people. If you re a people person and you have the time to put real work into this position, you ll do amazing, and they give you all the resources to do it!
However, there were a few things I wasn t told before I was hired, so allow me to do that now. First off, they give you two options for payment. You can choose either salary or commission. If you choose the salary payment (starting off at $500/week), you only get that payment IF you sell a certain amount of product in that week. Otherwise, you only get commission pay. (Therefore, if you re stuck with a bunch of people who say no and you make 0-1 sale in a week, you get MAYBE $100. For reference, while I was there, my trainers and I only closed one sale.)
Second, you re being told to work certain territories. While I was still training, I went all the way to Alabama with one of my trainers for his territory. You re expected to pay for this gas on your own, so I hope you ve saved up some money before you got this job, because you ll be spending more than you re earning for the first few weeks and maybe even beyond that.
I will be starting school in January, and I just simply do not have the time to at work for 10-11 hours and drive for 30 minutes each way. If door to door sales is really what you want to do, then go for it!
Like I said, there are some really amazing people here. Their sense of community is amazing, and I wish I could have been a better fit for this job. Unfortunately, I didn t have enough money to get started. I wish the best for everyone else, though.
This company is a scam. They prey upon freshly graduated college kids and turn then into a business to business salesmen for AT&T. Cmon man, AT&T not even Verizon??! Pft. What a most fulfilling & meaningful life the higher managerial staff must lead! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCUM :)
The co-workers are awesome! I joined the team as an intern over the summer and I learned so much of the different aspects of the business. Not only did I develop personally, but professionally as well. Great company culture!
