very quick good place. barely 20 min passed before they finished my oil change and did complementary tire pressure check. workers were friendly. will go back to them.

This is the second time I have went to this potential location and they asked for oil change and tire rotation also a headlight out. After about 40 minutes they came to me and said they did the oil change but did not do tire rotation because they couldn't get the lug nuts off my back tire and they don't replace headlights. She said they are a small shop and don't provide all the services. Funny thing was she was changing a headlight on the car in front of me when I came in. Decided to take it to a different Jiffy Lube and they got the tire off no problem and fixed my headlight. Also they always forget to reset my oil notification. Service at the Fair Oaks Location has gone down hill.

Great Service by manager.
But forgot to fill wiper cleaning fluid.
Could have been worse and for got the oil.
Would be a 5. But 3 is all they get. This is my store also.
First time it's happened.

My car is in great shape and only needed the back license plate lights replaced and some fresh oil.

Pretty fast. I went in with my daughter and we didn't have to wait long at all! The employees were friendly & I will probably go back with my other car for service.

Came in to get a oil change and was practically ignored for 20 minutes as workers came in and out of the office. I understand they were busy, but take two minutes and talk to a customer standing by the register and ask if they need help. I just left to the next nearest oil change place and they helped me immediately even though they had more cars in the shop. They re more expensive but I ll take that service over what I got from Jiffy Lube any day. I never leave reviews but I expected more from Jiffy Lube

My car wouldn't start and had to get a jump. Took it to this location and was told that they could test my battery. I get there and told it's om a first come first serve basis (which was more than fine) and then told it was going to be about 15-20 minutes (arrived at 4:40). When it's my turn, I'm told that because all my dash lights are on, they can't test the battery (car has remained on the whole time) and that if I were to take it to the dealership, they are so far behind and that it might take weeks or a couple of months to actually fix the problem. Got home, went on my GMC app and scheduled a maintenance check for the very next day at 7am.... it was fixed in less than 4 hours and it was in fact the battery.

I got an engine oil change with Synthetic Oil which I feel lasts longer and performs better than petroleum oil. The service took a lot longer to get done than I like to wait and there was only one car being worked on ahead of mine. They did top off all fluids including the windshield washer fluid. However, when I went to get gas and restarted my car it sputtered and died right away. I then started it again, revved the engine a bit, and it was ok thereafter. I looked under the hood and the washer fluid cap was gone. I'm guessing they didn't tighten it up well and it flew off in between Jiffy Lube and the gas station. $6.45 on Amazon and I'm back in business with that cap. More of an annoyance and time-suck than anything. I of course took my car back to Jiffy Lube and they were very professional about reinspecting the engine. They offered to replace the cap and promised to get back to me with a small refund to cover the cost. That hasn't happened yet. We'll see if they do contact me.
All in all, the oil change was good, people there were very professional, and I will likely go back next time oil change is due.
