Poor experience. No progress on my case in 5 months. I've contacted my MP for help instead, only wish I'd had the sense to do that from the outset. I think my advisor meant well but is overburdened. There was no further contact or updates (apart from 1) after our initial meeting. Texts and voice messages were never responded to. In view of no progress, when i asked for them to delete my sensitive data, the office manager was defensive and hostile and made numerous false allegations. Very upsetting indeed.
