THIS UNION ALLOWED A LESSER SENIOR PERSON WITH SAME QUALIFICATIONS TO BE AWARDED THE JOB, EVEN AFTER IT WAS POINTED OUT 4 DAYS BEFORE POSTING WAS DUE. LIFE CHANGING EVENT!!
THEN, ALLOWED A NON ENGLISH SPEAKING REP TO DISTANT THE EMPLOYEE'S HUSBAND... (ALSO A UNION MEMBER, BUT GOOD UNION.)
THIS ALL RESULTED IN BAD TIMES AT HOME, AND SUBSIQUENT DIVORCE...
ALL BECAUSE SHE PUT IN FOR A JOB...
THIS IS 2016, SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED!!!!!!

The worst union in the world. This union is protecting and promoting some of the rudest and lazing workers in the province. Truly appalling.

Bullies spewing solidarity. BCNU serves the government, their buddies and their own interests before their members.

I Wanted them to help me get my licence back. I had an infection in my brain and I was depressed I lost a child and was dri king in the evening. I no longer drink and have had some counseling. Would like to rewrite my R.N.s and challenge the course.

It was wonderful working at the BCNU! The staff members are all very kind and helpful. The work environment accommodated to the workers' needs. The company has a library, gym, and multiple coffee rooms that allowed staff to de-stress during the day. As a student nurse, I am very proud to call the BCNU my union!
