Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I bought a carpet. The visual cobdition matches description however carpet has horrible mould odour, literally impossible to get rid off. You can't stay in a room with this smell. Carpet itself was clean so it is more likely caused by the storage conditions, not heated or ventilated warehouse. I would be very careful choosing items that can be affected by the smell. I sent email to BBA- zero response, nothing.
