They have taken exceptional steps in protecting staff and visitors iro their Covid 19 protocols. Well done

The quality of Peter Stuyvesant cigarettes have gone down the drain. Frequently the cigarettes are either broken at the bottom or the tobacco has fallen out, without any damaging to the packaging.

The other day I purchased a packet and there was one one cigarette that was half the size of the rest, and the tip of the filter had a yellow tint, as if someone had smoked it and placed it back in the box - this was a sealed pack!

Called the customer service and they have been promising for months to reimburse me. They keep calling to follow up but nothing after that. I received a call today from them again where I told them to just forget about it. And here we are.

In times like these, with thousand of people buying illicit cigarettes, I d be looking after those who have supported you for the past 15 years.

I bought a pack of Camel activate as my normal menthol brand was sold out. Searched the packet to find the words menthol, nothing, just a bright green pic on the front. Smoked one but found it had a very strange taste, not minty at all. Today I saw the til slip, & on there it says Crisp Apple!!! I quickly went back to the box & to my astonishment, hiding in tiny letters under a camel, at the bottom of the packet it says crisp apple!!! Omw such bad packaging design Camel!

I purchased a packet of 20 Stuyvesant last night from a shop in my area. The cigarette tasted horrible and had such a terrible stench, it even burned my chest. I ended up throwing it away. This is my first bad encounter with this brand and I am furious.

Was this just a bad batch?????????

Really disappointed in your Paul Mall menthol. Half of the cigarettes dont pop and even found cigarettes in pack where filter is loose from cigarette and no rapping around filter

I am disappointed with the decision not to go ahead really the sales of tobacco products. Yes it is a better decision to work together with government, but just the fact that you guys with all your law experts were fooled by government is shocking.

In the beginning of lockdown it was suggested that the sale of tobacco products must be together with the purchase of essentials, it was also refused by government or have you forgotten about it??
