Car never turned up. Frustrating as for airport run. Terrible business.

We hired Prestige Cars to pick us up the morning after our wedding, drive us around Bristol for a few hours, and then bring us to the airport. Without realizing it, the car was early and already had all of our luggage in the car. The driver went way above and beyond the duties of a private driver to bring us around Bristol while giving us great history and information about what we were seeing. Bringing us into city centre for lunch, he gave us great recommendations and waited for us to eat. While getting to see all parts of Bristol (and even a bit of Wales), we were brought to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

Prestige Cars made a perfect start to our honeymoon and we will be recommending them to anybody and everybody who needs a private car in Bristol.

We had to be at Lulsgate very early for our flight so booked Prestige Cars, it's a bit of a worry booking taxis as timing to go out for a drink is one thing but to board an Airplane is not flexible.
Prestige have it spot on, you get a text about 20 minitues before they are due at your pick up point which includes a link that enables you to see where the car is on a map,this i found very reassuring. It was the same for our return a week later.The guys are clean smart, very helpful and the cars spotless. They should all be proud of the service they give, we will definitely use again.

Very disappointed, I made an online booking and received a confirmation e-mail but the taxi never came. When I called the office they could not find the booking and there were no cars available. They said they would call me back in 2 minutes to try to sort it but they never did. I can't say about the rest of their services, but the online one definitely does not work. I was very late to an important event. I won't trust them again.

Best price I could find for an airport transfer and brilliant automated service on booking.

Used them for the first time due to their high rating. Appears to be deserved. I spoke to a lady to book a taxi who was very helpful - I didn't feel rushed at all. Taxi arrived 10 minutes early for a booking at 6.20AM with a text letting me it was waiting. I will certainly use again.

Very late and the car was very messy.

The driver blamed the office however, the office blamed the driver!

Terrible experience.

They don't have our post code in their system though it's existed for at least 5 years, this directed the car to pick us up on the other side of the harbour.
They never mentioned the driver couldn't take a card and they told us it would be a metered ride but they told the driver a flat price (he had no way to meter).

Perfect, arrived on time, text messages confirming the booking and arrival, pleasant driver. Overall good service will use again when I come back to Bristol

Prestige Cars have always been superb in the service that they have provided me.

In addition to a wide availability and short waiting times for impromptu journeys, the cars are immaculently clean, the drivers are very friendly and the office staff are really helpful. The fares are competitively priced and of good value, with transparency on the prices and no hidden extras!

Great service for airport transfer. All confirmed automatically and texts to confirm car was on it's way and arrived. Very competitive price. Driver very friendly and polite and didn't mind going back for forgotten luggage or toddler screaming.

Great service!, always on time and notifications when your driver has arrived. Notifications always give car reg that is waiting for you, which is great for safety, especially if travelling alone.

Simply the best taxi firm I have ever encountered. They arrived early and sent me an automated text to let me know when they were outside. They quote the price upfront so you know exactly how much you will pay. The driver was super friendly and thoroughly good fun. Really helped to make the night out.

I needed a taxi last weekend from Avonmouth station to the cruise terminal. The service was absolutely first class so I pre-booked yesterday for this morning going the other way. I will use them every time I'm back in the area.

Excellent service. Three cars, all on time, all clean and tidy. Changed the bookings a few times and never a problem staff always helpful and friendly. Early payment worked well. Great text communication throughout the day. Must be the go to taxi company in Bristol. I won't be using anyone else for my future bookings

No cab in city center for 2.5hours from the time that i needed a cab. I called 2 hours beforehand.

My husband and I stayed at Redhill House Bristol prior to our holiday and they had booked us a taxi the following morning to the airport. This part plus the driver we have no problem at all with, he was early and everything went smoothly. He had given us a business card and told us to call the company once we landed and then someone would come in around 15 to 20 minutes. This I did on returning and the young lady told us there was over an hour wait, she then put me onto her very rude male colleague who was argumentative about the whole situation and seemed to suggest that I was lying about being told to call when we landed. I did not appreciate his attitude when we had just landed back in England after a wonderful holiday. My husband and I are not used to booking taxis on a regular basis, therefore this is not the way to speak to customers if you run a business. I certainly wouldn t in mine. The 2 stars awarded are for the lovely driver we had to take us to the airport

Prestige Cars is a great taxi service, if not the best in Bristol. I have been using Prestige for 2 to 3 years on a nearly weekly basis. Drivers are always on time, comfortable cars and the drivers are friendly. Would recommend highly.

We used Prestige cars for a large meeting, they were outstanding, I would happily recommend them to anyone and everyone. Really flexible, able to adjust to last minute changes and all the drivers and team on the phones were very polite and professional.

Absolutely does what it says on the tin. Prestige Cars really do have prestige cars, the level of service I have received is prestige and the staff in their office are also top class. I use Prestige cars for work and personal use. I work for a very big, well known company and our employees often use them for trips to the local train stations and Bristol Airport and are always complimenting the service they receive. I use them personally too and always find the drivers so friendly and professional. I will continue to use them and can't recommend them enough.

They won't charge me 20 pound from bedminster to whitcherch normally I pay 10 to 12 pounds

The attitude of the driver is unbelievably bad, he said 'just take the money and go, please' very coldly, when he hasn't got enough change for me. Well, nothing else but RUDE and TERRIBLE can only describe my experience.

This is the first taxi service I actually enjoyed getting and wouldn't use anyone else now.By far the best in Bristol in every way. A professionally RUN taxi business which IS as I have found very unusual in the Bristol area. So look no further if you want a taxi company with a great service.

Fantastic service, reliable with smart courteous drivers. All fares are fixed with the price given in advance. I don't use taxis very often, but when I do, I will only use Prestige Cars Bristol. :-)

Very good service. Took us to the airport and back and kept our child seat in storage in between. Friendly drivers and reasonable price.

They overcharge and when you question them, they start to get rowdy and won't budge on the price. If you try to negotiate then they hang up, worst customer service I have ever experienced

I booked Prestige from BRS to the Cotswold and back. Great service! Friendly, efficient, polite, very professional! They had a breakdown before pick-up to airport. Called me to inform me and rescheduled a new pick-up in a few minutes. I made it in perfect time for my flight. Definitely recommended!

Unreliable.

I booked weeks in advance, and even contacted them the day before my booking to re-confirm. Yet on the day of my wedding, they called and cancelled the journey. I asked them to find an alternative company and they offered no help to resolve the situation.

Further to this, they ignored my complaint after the event.

I realise things can go wrong or change of course, but really would have expected better customer care.

Obviously, we wont be using them again. We waited 28 minutes in the rain for the taxi to arrive and weren't told why. The central controller refused to acknowledge that they had been late in the slightest, and flatly refused any refund or reduction. Terrible, terrible customer service.

We used prestige cars to take us to the airport and they gave us a great service. The driver was prompt, friendly and helpful. The fare was much cheaper than all the other taxi firms we tried. Excellent service.
