I've had the pleasure of knowing Katie, owner of BrightStar Care Phoenix/Tempe, and over the course of the years, I've had numerous instances wherein I reached out to Katie and her dedicated and compassionate staff. Katie has been a wonderful resource for the patients and the families I serve, and was always eager to answer any specific questions regarding in-home care and related services that would be most advantageous and beneficial to my clients. Thank you Katie for your enthusiasm and for always going above and beyond for my clients.

We needed a reliable caregiver to help relieve our demands in caring for our Dad who has Alzheimer s. I Googled for help in our area and quickly found a list of companies that do this sort of thing. After calling several companies, I was most impressed by the experience and conversation I had with BrightStar, so we decided to use them.
We had such a great experience with BrightStar. I was worried if my Dad would get agitated at having a caregiver, but he didn t. In fact he quickly became friends with the BrightStar caregiver that came and looked forward to his regular visits.
My Dad eventually moved in with another family member out of state, otherwise we would still have BrightStar caring for him today.
I definitely recommend checking them out. They were very thorough in getting to know our Dads needs, his likes, and dislikes. They were accommodating to our requests, and very professional. The caregiver my Dad had was top notch. He was very kind. He was interested in getting to know my Dad, and he made a point to talk about things that were interesting to my Dad.

Princessa, Irma & Sulema helped us transition Mom from assisted living to care at home as her health challenges worsened. They each taught us how to care for Mom, they treated her with patience and respect and showed our entire family caring and empathy. Thank you BrightStar for sending these wonderful caregivers to become part of our family during our most difficult times.

Carmen Hill has provided absolutely outstanding and very compassionate care for my wife for over a year now and has demonstrated a willingness to go well above and beyond expectations. She has, not only provided top flight care, but has become a true friend to her, something that is sorely needed in her life and, generally, in this world! The agency has shown real concern for this customer as well and we would highly recommend both!

Brightstar Care has been incredible tending to my 98 year old blind/deaf Great Uncle. Their willingness to see that he has the best care possible is without a doubt one of the most comforting things especially during this crazy pandemic. The owner Todd has really gone above and beyond to make sure my uncle has the best quality care and is always working hard to improve. Sherri, Ana, Maria and the rest of his office staff are so extremely kind and diligent and always so warm and welcoming. All of the the Caregivers new and old can not say just how much they are appreciated they take pride in making sure my uncles individual needs are met and are ever hard working and patient. To know that my Uncle feels safe and has a kind soul to help him eat, give him company and conversation really means the world to me. He speaks very high of their service and we truly could not have him in better hands. Thanks for being awesome Brightstar Care!!!

I am a current employee of Bright Star Tempe. I have been on the front lines with the team as we roll out Covid 19 shots and testing for Covid infections. I would recommend Bright Star Tempe to any nurses who feel as I do, and who want to be on the front lines providing vaccines to Phoenix, and the surrounding areas. My experience at the events has been very positive. The Corporations and individuals that Bright Star pairs with, are well prepared, and help you in every way possible to have a great shift and rewarding experience while giving Covid 19 vaccines to the community.

It is so clean, Not crowded and the place have lot of Positions of people with special needs .
