As a former client of Brighter Image Lab, I feel obligated to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, their customer service is consistently poor, and communication with clients is even worse.
I first did business with them several years ago and had issues then with slow responses and a lack of updates. I hoped things had improved, so when I recently received a promotional email offering a special deal on their veneers for returning clients, I decided to give them another chance.
After making the purchase, I waited two weeks without receiving the impression kit that was supposed to be mailed. I also received no updates regarding the status of my order, despite having paid for shipping upfront. I left multiple voicemail messages and submitted two support tickets—but received no response. To make matters worse, I couldn’t log into my account to track my order or get help.
Eventually, I reached someone in customer service who informed me that my account had been closed and my money refunded. When I asked why, they said it was because I had filed a complaint the first time I worked with them. In other words, if you express dissatisfaction with their product or service, they may close your account entirely.
This is not how a reputable business should treat its customers. Based on both past and recent experiences, I strongly advise against doing business with Brighter Image Lab.
