Receptionist was nice but therapist was extremely unprofessional.
We had to sign something that if we didn't cancel with 24 hours we get charged. But they cancel on our way to apt and then switch my son's therapists twice. They can't figure out our insurance and they are pretty horrible at their job anyway. Never going back here. I would recommend finding a more professional place to take your child.

Amazing! The counselor we know is topnotch! We wouldn t go anywhere else other than here. Have been to other counseling offices in the past that were horrible. Brighter Futures is the best! Staff is always very friendly and professional. Their phone reminders of appointments are much appreciated. And free Keurig coffee! Who doesn t love free great tasting coffee? It s always clean here, and the waiting room is very kid-friendly. There are toys for the kids to play with, extremely comfortable seating, and the decor is modern and unique.
I have work closely with the staff of Brighter Futures and would recommend anyone needing professional services for numerous reasons, this is the place for you. The staff is a very caring and compassionate group to deal with.
