Very poor communication from the claims department...

Very poor communication from the claims department. I put in a claim for some loose shingles in October, and the process finally started in December. I'd call my claims manager, and every time I would call, I'd get a voicemail. The same goes for sending emails (no response).

The adjuster they sent out to survey Hurricane Irma damage spent more time telling us how much money he was making than surveying the damage. He gave us an estimate for $800.00 which was crazy. The insurance co. sent another adjuster who came up with $6200.00 in damages.

Zero stars....worst company ever to deal with! When you are in the midst of your disaster, they will not respond to you, answer calls or emails....you are straight up IGNORED for months on in!!!! You are MOST DEFINITELY not going to get paid any money that is due to you for your claim, even though you have steadily been paying your insurance bills. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
