I don't know what's going on with this place lately but it's gone from great to horrible. Over booking issues causing well over an hour wait. Then excuses to why wait is so long. Not sure how much longer than an hour because we left as the nurse recommended. Called my insurance to make sure they where not paid for the visit that didn't happen. My child has serious internal problems and these people have clearly chosen overbooking for money over the importance of care for children. Also because of covid19 rules she had to have the mask on for over an hour just to not even be seen. I would not recommend this place.

I have been going to this particular doctors office for about a year now, and this practice is the most friendliest & professional I have seen By far! The doctors are always accepting and completely understand you, they all take time to listen to your problems & concerns and resolve the issues. Dr. Sayed and Dr. Singh are both excellent with children & go out of their way to do whatever it takes . Words can t describe how lucky I am to have my children go to this doctors office. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Bright Future Pediatrics. The entire staff is wonderful. No problems getting appointments. They care about their patients.

Super clean and nice staff but it s hard to trust some of the opinions of the doctors. When my son was a newborn one of the doctors said he was gaining too much weight and that his tongue tie wouldn t be a issue if he was bottle feeding. We went to get a second opinion and the doctor said his weight was great and a tongue tie CAN affect bottle feeding. A simple google search can also provide this information (of course don t trust EVERYTHING you read on google) but the information I read matched the opinion of the second doctor I went to with my son. Switching pediatricians for these reasons. I want to be able to trust the knowledge of the doctor my child goes to.

I highly recommend Bright Future Pediatrics. I have been taking my daughter here for about 2 years now and we absolutely love it. Dr. Lindie is beyond amazing. She goes above and beyond and never leaves me with unanswered questions. Having the sick waiting room and the well visit waiting rooms separated helps SO much. I ve called numerous times when my daughter was sick and was seen that day within hours of calling. I honestly can t say enough good things about Bright Future! Thank you for all you ve done for us!

Love this place. They can always squeeze you in and it's never a long time being there.. my children love the doctors and all the nurses. And I love that they give them organic sugar free lollipops at the end so that the kids and the parents are happy.

Amazing place. The doctor is amazing, so is the staff. Everyone is so nice and informational. I love how personable dr sayed is. He's very nice and answered all of our questions. The office is clean and neat and they have two separate entrances for sick and not sick children. Every visit is nice and we never wait more than 5 min to get taken back to our room.

Every provider is absolutely wonderful, kind, loving, and brilliant. I trust them with the life of my only daughter and they have never failed me. Morning, noon, or night and even weekends this practice has been available for us. Love, love, love them. I recommend them to my patients all the time!

We have always had wonderful experiences with the staff and providers here, Dr Sayed is wonderful with both of our children, has great rapport with them, remembers them by name and is always available to answer questions and listen to concerns. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatrician!

Dr. Abdelsalam is great with my boys. He listens to me and answers my concerns. His staff is wonderful. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment. They have separate sick and well waiting rooms and bathrooms. It's a great pediatricians office.

Best doctor s office ever! Both my nephew (4 yrs) and my daughter (6 months) have been going through since birth. Staff is friendly, caring, and there to answer any questions we have

I love this WHOLE office. Everyone there has your family s best interest at heart and enjoy their job- you can see it in their compassion and professionalism in their work environment. It really is a great office!

I cannot say enough great things about this office, especially Lindie Garret! She addresses every concern and I never feel rushed. She is so kind and down to earth. I have never waited in the waiting room and have never waited more than 5 min to be seen. When calling in, I have never been put on hold and always receive a prompt call back. I will continue to recommend this office to all of my friends and family!

Dr. Syed has been caring for my children since their birth and toddler years. He is the most devoted and caring physician. He leaves no stone unturned and is the most honest and caring doctor. I am an RN so I am quite picky with who cares for my children and HE is the BEST!! His staff is fantastic! Professional, kind, & compassionate. They go above and beyond and I will always trust the entire staff and other physicians at Bright Future Pediatrics. There is NO other perfect place to bring your children.

Dr. Lindie and Sayeed are great! My son loves both of them so much. Super clean facility and the staff is great. Easy to get quick a sick appointment in as well. Highly recommend this office.

I love the staff at this office and the main doctor, I trust his opinion. Some of the other doctors I don't have as much confidence in.

The staff is very friendly. The doctors are very informative and personable, and very great with children. You come across providers who are in peds but not kid-friendly... not here! I wouldn t ever change doctors and would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone with children!

I love bright future pediatric! Everytime we are there you can feel how much they care about every patient. Both my kids love going to the doctors cause of them. I've never had issues getting an appointment especially a sick appointment.

Since my Insurance no longer accepted A.I. Dupont /Nemours it was hard to find a good doctor for my kids but since I found Bright Future 2 years ago its been very good. I love the office staff and doctors they are great.

We've been going to Bright Future's since my son was born in 2017 and we've had nothing but positive experiences. The office is extremely flexible with appointment scheduling and 9/10 can fit you in the same day. They also have two waiting rooms, one for kids with sick symptoms and one for kids who are healthy and may be there for a routine exam or physical. Whichever waiting room you're in, you won't be waiting for long! Lindie and Dr. Sayed are some of our favorites but every provider at this office is outstanding, you can't go wrong!
