Everytime I go here they have lost all my previous records and whenever I need to pickup a copy of a prescription they always have an issue getting into the computer to get it, they lost a family of 5 going to take my business to one hour optical byebye joker's!!!
The front desk staff (specifically a girl named Jessica) is horrible to deal with she has poor customer service and is very rude. I complained to the office manager and doctors and nothing changed over the last year. Most the staff is friendly unless she is there then it seems like her bad attitude rubs off on everyone. After 6 years I am currently looking for a new eye doctor just because she is unbearable to deal with anymore and obviously the manager can not fix it. It is a shame because we LOVE Dr. Bloom he always does an amazing job with my kids is always professional, caring and patient. I am very disappointed that my kids will no longer get to see him.
Took my grandsons for their first visit to Bright eyes after moving to this side of town. I love them. Professional and quick. We didn't have a long wait like others are saying, We shall see in the future. The doctor was great, she came out and talked to me after each boy and explained everything very well. I'm glad I decided to try Bright Eyes. They could use more of an array of frames. But that isn't such big deal as fast as these boys go through them.
Super awesome staff, I ve been going to different eye places since I was a kid and this was hands down the best experience I ve had with an eye doctor. Extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. The frames they have are also very very reasonably priced and nice.
Completely rude and incompetent.. I called said I was a few minutes behind on an appointment. they said that was fine.. I show up 13 minutes after my scheduled time.. and got turned away.. I was told waking up with sudden vision change is cause for concern and needed to be seen right away.. yet the staff at this clinic do not care about their patients. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Also it's located in a bad spot.. it's hard to get into the parking lot during rush hour..
Horrible. Go to ANYWHERE but here. I only went with these people because they're right by my house and wow... just TERRIBLE customer service. Terrible glasses selection. Terrible service. Terrible everything. Go anywhere but here. They failed to call me on multiple occasions after saying they would call me.
1. Trial contacts were in after a few days and took me calling a week and a half later to get them.
2. Was told it'd take two weeks when they ordered my contacts but when I called they said the contacts were on back order until December. Upon finding out about my contacts and trying to resolve this issue, they cancelled my order and told me to go else where. I really am not sure how these people are in business.
I was having some scary eye issues and they got me in asap! The doctor was amazing with finding the exact issue, when other doctors I had seen could never. So happy for answers!! Also, extremely friendly environment!! Full of compliments! Love it
My eye doctor is the best and she truly cares and will go out of her way to help you no matter who you are she goes above and beyond
My mom and I have made an appointment on Wednesday for Friday at 8 in the morning. We got there and said there was no appointment for me, the lady in the front desk was so rude. I do not recommend this place!
