I visited the ER at 4am and have truly never received more thoughtful medical care in my life. I was in a room and seen by a nurse, physicians assistant, and doctor within the first 30 minutes of arriving. Everyone was so kind and eager to go the extra mile to make sure I was well cared for during a scary experience. I will never go anywhere else in an emergency (location dependent of course.)
Very nice people when you get in for appointment but since this covid stuff them working from home it's incredibly hard to speak to someone live, I called for over a week strait to get an appointment that it took almost two weeks for a call back, by this time my stitches grew into my skin 2.5 weeks late on removal , I hope they find away to make communicating with patients a lot easier instead of asking us not to leave multiple messages because it will clog up the system but sometimes you don't have a choice when you got to get things done and nobody's calling you back this last time the person I spoke to when I finally got through which was pure luck couldn't say sorry enough he does did not know how it was missed but I'm sure I wasn't the only one cuz no one answers the phones and I've called three times today already and I still can't get through
Trials - you truly are just a number here.
Don t agree to do a trial unless your treating Doctor is involved.
I'm totally upset with this hospital. I've been trying to schedule a visit for 4 days,so my mother in law can see her daughter. I've been calling the hospital for 4 days straight and they just transfer my call and just go straight to voice mail, I say my name and cellphone so they can call me back, but nothing happens.
Sometimes I call and they say my sister in law is not there, sometimes I call and they say she is there , but We don't know how she's, if she is okay.
I was a patient of Dr Brick for knee replacement surgery. I would give the Dr Brick and his staff the highest marks possible. Everyone I came in contact could not have been more pleasant and accommodating.
The nursing staff were top notch along with the aides and everyone involved in my care.
They deserve 10 Stars+

I m a new patient here since December 2020. I must say, I went in to see Dr Amy Lo, for gastro. And she was amazing! She listened to my concerns and she acted upon my request.. one month later I was in and got my colonoscopy and it was all done by her! She was great and I had a great experience. I have also been coming here for all my MRI, CT scans and Labs and I can t complain! I love it!!! Thank you please, keep providing excellent service!
Horrible Experience. Anyone seeking a neurologist at the Headache Center run as fast as you can in the opposite DIRECTION!!!!! This department is beyond horrible ever since the pandemic and remote work started. I would have never imagined that this department would LITERALLY give me a headache!!!!!!!!
I should note the neurologist are great but the Prior Authorization team is a nightmare and needs to be hold accountable for mistakes made. Because I m the end the patients will suffer.

My mom had a surgery there and everyone were amazingly kind, caring and professional. Starting from registration, to surgery team, recovery team and nursing team. Super kind and caring such that my mom was telling me she doesn t want to leave ;)
Other than super great staff, the hospital itself is not crowded, it s super clean and the rooms had beautiful views.
The hospital is fine. Google's directions are incorrect, and Google won't let me post a correction without turning on all their beastly tracking.
Instead of turning right up the side street Google Maps suggests, keep going another 100 feet up Centre Street to the next right -- the one with the light and the hospital signage. Or use Waze, which is correct.
I usually don t write reviews but I can t just don t share my visit to the ER. After about 4 hours of wait (which I totally understand due to the current situation) when I get to the room, that happened to be right in front to the place the staff do the paperwork, I could literally hear the staff basically making fun of my reasons to seek medical help, loud and clear. I was so uncomfortable that I asked to leave, since my pain and concerns were being invalidated anyway, and than someone told me that I shouldn t be there if I didn t want , as I was wasting their time, which didn t make sense since the only reason that made me want to leave was because it was very upset about the situation. I heard comments about me about three times and in all occasions it as I didn t had a valid reason to be there. It was the worst hospital experience that I ever had, I felt so humiliated and couldn t stop crying. It is just crazy to see how health professionals can treat patients so unprofessionally, I m mortified with the experience and I would never go back to this hospital again.
