They r really helpful and people there are nice and they do their best to give u an advice.
The three stars are for the lack of information they have, the university representatives like the one for Canada and for the United States, have never even been to the place or the country that they are representing, so in my opinion how can you represent something or somewhere that you have never been to?!!!
On the other hand Everything was ok.

I do not recommend this place for academic services by any means, they just want your money, and will not give you real answers. especially, there is an employee there called " Rania" , she was very rude when she interactred with me, and she was not able to answer simple questions.
They have made me wait 20 minutes without also even apologizing after arranging a meeting with them. Very unprofessional staff. DO NOT GO THERE TRUST ME!!

Their job is to help you apply to universities across Canada, USA as well as Europe and they do that well! They provide one of the best experiences available in Jordan which is Great! Moreover they are very hard-working and they do care about their clients which is great to see from businesses so give it a shot if you want!

Very bad, first they don't answer to your call, or they answer they will tell you that they'll return to you after minutes, but there is no anwer for your call. Second point, they coordinate with only private universities and with wery little no. of the universities.
