Told me they replaced the catalytic converter on my vehicle before they sold it to me, but they said there's no warranty on it. Shouldn't sell vehicles if there's no warranty on the parts that they use. Don't like them at all.

Tyler K was 10/10 for helping find the perfect truck. Everything was negotiated without too much trouble. Will go back!
With the Covid-19 pandemic going on they did a great job on getting us in and out within a hour to close the deal.

Purchased a $34,000 used truck from Wausau. Have had the truck in the shop 6 times now...every time it goes in for repair, it goes back for the same issue. Can t seem to fix anything the first time. Most recent is a $3400 repair. Still needs a repair that was called out in a technical bulletin before I even bought the truck. This will be over a $1,000 repair...can t seem to get any help with something that should ve been repaired prior to sale. Very frustrated...expensive lemon!

A great place to purchase a vehicle. Just purchased my 3rd vehicle and it was a great experience as usual! John Sjoberg did a fantastic job showing us our options and made the transaction smooth and without pressure.
Highly recommend him and the whole dealership!

I'm only giving 2 stars cause I waited and hour and a half for an oil change and a headlight replaced. I saw so many people come in after me and leave before me. Was not happy at this vista.

Brickner's of Wausau is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I was in the market for Jeep Grand Cherokee. I live in Colorado but was looking for some very specific features, diesel most notably. I spent about 6 months looking for a vehicle, dealing with many dealerships across the country looking for my perfect Jeep. I was instantly taken aback by the level of customer service, knowledge, truthfulness, and communication that I received from Blane Crowe. Blane goes directly against all the negative stereotypes you have ever heard about car salesman. In addition to Blane's positive and welcoming attitude he was very accommodating, helpful, and able to answer all my questions quickly. I could go on and on hear with nothing but great things to say but at the end of the day I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. At no point did I feel like he was trying to hide or keep anything from me as he was very upfront the entire time, which is key for me. The experience was positive through and through, not to mention I got a great price on my vehicle. I have had my Jeep now for about a month and it has been a dream, just as Blane ensured it would be. Another quick note, there is a decent size commercial airport in Wausau (initially I had no idea) so if you are buying from another state where Jeep's carry a higher price tag like Colorado, flying into Wausau is just a quick 1 stop in Chicago from Denver.

I brought my jeep in because the accelerator stuck, they said they changed it out and fixed my cpu, turns out they did none of that and now im out 400 dollars because my insurance wont cover it

I stopped in for an express lube and waited 2 hours for completion. I was told after waiting for approximately 1 hour that the drain plug was stripped and they had to order a replacement from down the street. While the attendant was friendly I felt the communication was not timely.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received at Brickners! We worked with John Sjoberg right from the start when we found the Durango on their internet site. Great Service, Great Prices and very polite and helpful staff. John was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and welcoming! Brickners will be our first choice for our next vehicle in the future!

Have had several bad experiences with Brickners dealerships (Wausau and Antigo) over years so I am finally am giving up and going elsewhere. First was paying for >$1000 suspension overhaul on our Ram 3500, only to be told next visit that truck needed same repairs so which time was the scam? Another Ram we own had a big service shortly before trip to Colorado. Truck almost didn t make it and stopped running when we arrived because they had: 1. Put in wrong coolant 2. Left radiator cap loose and we lost great deal of coolant.

I recognize we all can make mistakes but when I brought this to their attention, they just kept using delay tactics and never offered to reimburse the other directly related repair or fix anything from their error.

We all can make mistakes, but it is how you handle it that earns one 5 stars versus one...

Best service in town! I had never been there before but Carmen was able to help me with pretty much everything. She made sure to direct me to the proper staff to have some repairs made to my SUV and was a pleasure to speak with while waiting. Everyone there was fantastic but Carmen went above and beyond, From general questions to paying my bill, she was helpful and professional

So they called me to come down and I could leave with the truck that night, I sat for over 35 minutes, waiting to see if I could get the truck that they said I could leave with that night if I came there right away so I did then they say come back tomorrow, want to make it better let me get my truck

I live in Milwaukee where there are plenty of Chrysler dealerships. None had treated me as well or pursued my business as much as Brickner. Dawn, our sales associate was very well informed about the vehicle, educated me on the process for buying, which ultimately made for near flawless execution when I came in to pick up the car. While it might be a drive, seriously consider this group for your next vehicle purchase.

Not even worth 1 star. By far the worst experience at a dealership I have ever had. Very long response, but please read. It might save you some trouble.
To start off. They tried selling us a truck they had desperately tried hiding the problems on. My fiance test drove a Ford F150 that they currently have on their lot. He liked it, nothing seemed to be wrong and we wanted more information. We got the okay by one of the sales reps to bring it to our mechanic for an inspection. Note, that our mechanic did this for us for free. Earlier today we picked it up and brought it to him for said appointment. As soon as the engine warmed up there was a very prominent clicking coming from under the hood. Turns out, the cam phasers needed to be replaced. A pretty common issue with this type of engine. Other than that the truck was in great condition.
We bring the truck back and almost 45 minutes goes by before anyone even notices we're there. Finally, Todd comes out and we sit down in his office to go over warranties and payment options. Our first question is what all is covered under the warranty. His response? "I don't know. Read this." And he tosses the papers at us. Weird.. We ignore it and read it over. I bring up the clicking and ask if there is any possible way to get the needed repairs done before we make a decision. He huffs and rolls his eyes. "I don't know. Let me get someone else in here." This is where things go south very quickly. Brian comes in. The sales manager. And immediately states (very rudely) that there's nothing he is even remotely willing to do for us. He continues by yelling that if something happens it would be our fault, that cam phasers are not covered under warranty because they are not technically part of the engine, and that proper care of the truck and oil changes are the only things to do to keep it running. This follows by a 15 minute lecture. Getting fed up with being ignored I ask once again why we should get the warranty if the parts that are causing problems are not covered. "If these things were to crap out a year or so after we drive this truck off the lot, then that just means a $2500 repair out of our pocket.. Nothing is can be done?.." He begins to talk louder to drown me out and continues to ignore what I asked. He then says "I'm willing to walk away from this sale if it means getting you out of my office. We are not doing any repair to a truck that has nothing wrong with it. Your mechanic just wanted his money." My fiance states that our mechanic did this for free.. He loses his mind and starts yelling that he's not doing anything for us and continues his proper care lecture. At this point, they lost the sale miles ago. We set the key to the truck on the desk and we stand up, thank him for his time and tell him that we will look elsewhere for a vehicle. We start walking out, being that I'm on my third day of recovery after surgery.. I'm walking pretty slow. He gets right behind us yelling about the key. I tell him "It's on the desk, I'm not going to sit here and argue with you over an issue that has been pointed out by a certified mechanic. Goodbye." He grabs the key, and is right back behind us saying I don't know anything, that I shouldn't have come along, I'm a nuisance, and so on and so on. We finally get outside and are walking to our vehicle. HE FOLLOWS ME TO THE PASSENGER DOOR! Still yelling! "There's nothing wrong with this truck. You wasted my time by not making a sale! You are the worst customers I have ever had!" I say to my fiance that we need to go and we need to go now. Brian responds with a very snippy "YES, PLEASE!" He jumps in the truck, and low and behold, the clicking starts up even louder than when we brought it back.
VERY unprofessional. And VERY rude.

went back for a second rogue because i totalled my first one. which I bought from brickners. i loved that thing. i wwnt through John Solberg again. he is amazing his service again was above and beyond. i totalled my car the day before my brithday and he sent me a happy birthday email. and i told him i totalled my car and he actually kept a look out for another rogue. luckily one came across and he let me know before they registered it at the dealership lol! such a great helpful man. he gave me good advice cause I'm currently still figuring out my insurance claim and why they ripped me off on full coverage. John is a good man on top of good services at brickners he makes things easier he even helped negotiate a great price om this new one to. he truly made me happy.

I look at cars from other dealers, but i will not buy from anyone but Brickners. The sales staff, selection, service and support team are top shelf, first class. The last 4 vehicles my wife and I purchased were three Jeeps, and one Dodge Ram. All from Brickners.

My truck wouldn't start yesterday morning. Thought it might need a new battery to replace the original 14 year old one. Jump started it, drive it to Brickners. Had the battery tested and replace in less than 20 minutes.

Bob has been such a help over the past few months as we searched a vehicle that I could not only afford but would also love. He always remained hopeful and his cheerful attitude made the whole process so much better! Working with Nick was the same way, he tried his best and worked hard to find what he could to best work for me. I was always greeted with a big smile by both and they were so patient with me when any hiccup was met. I would go back to them time and time again!

First off my wife found a one year old vehicle with like 6,000 miles on it so she gave her credit card to hold it. Four days later we went to test drive it. We came from Appleton by the way. Now apparently this car was the tour coach for Guns N Roses. There was dna of all kinds, hair, skin ,snot, astrolube and some white crusty stuff that was baked into every inch of that car, it was seriously gross. I told them to clean it and they said they couldn't on a Saturday. They offered to take an extra $200 off the price to cover detailing, but they would not guarantee that the white mystery stuff would ever come out of the seats. They absolutely would not do anything to help me and the sales manager said that maybe I'm not the person they wanted to sell it to since he was sure someone else would buy it anyways. He was very rude and yelled at me in the parking lot and started blaming other people for putting it on the website before it was clean. Long story short I left and went directly to Bergstrom in Kaukauna where I bought the same vehicle BRAND NEW WITH MORE OPTIONS for about the same price as the wreck that Brickner's tried to sell me. Brickner's is old and dated and I'm pretty Dodge has no idea that these guys are still in business tarnishing it's good name. Stay away from this place, and most important stay away from the 2015 white Durango...it's nasty.

Very poor experience the recent year to two years....

Very poor experience the recent year to two years. Problem with our Charger we bought from there new by lease, then purchased it with extended Mopar Max protection. They still wanted to charge us diagnostic fees and couldn't fix or even diagnose our A/C problem (it wouldn't blow cold air some of the time).T neglected to tell us about the sway bar issue we had for the year of service appointments we've had with them until recently. And they can't update there system correctly to reflect my wife's actual name after a dozen times we've told their staff. They will tell you, if you're bringing your vehicle there for service and you have the extended protection, there may be a diagnostic charge you'll have to pay even though the protection plan covers that. It specifically states it does in the coverages section. Our sway bar is covered as well according to Mopar protection but Brickners wanted us to pay that outright as well. They also wouldn't take delivery for a truck I ordered while on a military deployment. I called and asked to speak with a manager, but only got the voicemail; I didn't get a call back. I started out liking Brickners Wausau, the sales staff are pretty nice. Unfortunately, I'll never go back there for anything in the future. They treat you like a number there.

Service department crew was nice but I was disappointed with their services. My car was making a horrid noise in the back wheel...got it towed there and supposedly they took a look at everything around the wheel and drove it around, but they didn't hear anything or find anything suspicious. Charged us $106 to find nothing and had no suggestions. My car continued to make the sound and I got it taken to Firestone down the street a few days later. They found the issue within a half hour and it was fixed soon after...there was a rock caught in the wheel area which was causing the noise...a large and easily noticeable rock. Cost only $65 and they were much more efficient and upfront. Will not go back. Just seemed shady and more after money than actually helping me find the issue.

I was looking at vans all over the state of Wisconsin! I wanted to stay local. I had been referred to Birkie . It was a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and the process was smooth! I was given honest answers and opinions, which I appreciate! Thank you Nick and Birkie for the great experience!

The sales person was fine. They found a car that met our needs and budget. We went into the dealership with preapproval of financing from our own bank. Because we didn t use their financing we were treated both by the finance department and the management as if our money was not any good there. The wrong bank account information was on our paperwork and our bank was not able to deposit the funds in a timely manner. We were told during the waiting period between signing paperwork and funds being deposited (9 days total due to Brickners lack of response) there may not be a second key, we may not receive a missing floor mat, and more. We were not allowed to drive away with our purchase until the funds were deposited but they offered to rent us our trade-in in the meantime. After 48 hours and proof that we had full coverage insurance on the new vehicle, the manager rudely and begrudgingly said we could drive it but we d have to sign a document agreeing to the dealership holding no liability. In the end, we were not thanked for our purchase, not so much as a handshake. We will never purchase from Brickners again (of Wausau or otherwise). Save yourself the trouble and visit another dealership.

It s worth noting that our many other car buying experiences at other dealerships have been idyllic, complete with happy, smiling photos to prove it. There were no photos taken, no free keychains, not even a license plate cover. Instead we drove off with the reminder that they did us a favor by selling someone a car who did not want to use their financing and had the nerve to use financing with their own banking institution.
