My wife and I went through multiple meetings and tastings with catering companies in Charleston but didn't feel comfortable until we sat down with Christy and Charlie. Fast forward many months and multiple COVID change of dates and we are happy to say we made the right decision. Christy was very responsive/accommodating with our changes, the menu options are unique (i.e. fried green tomato bites, chicken & waffle cones as appetizers), the day of coordination was seamless, and the price was very reasonable. But, most important, the quality of the food. Charlie uses sous vide so that the meat is never overcooked. A bunch of people told me they don't remember having better food at a wedding.

Cannot say enough great things about Brick Lane Catering and would highly recommend for any type of event. You will be in great hands throughout the planning process working with Christy (detail-oriented doesn't begin to describe her level of care and attention) and Chef Charlie does an outstanding job executing a menu for 20 or 200, plated or buffet. Their presentation style is modern and up to date, their menus are fresh and innovative, the food is excellent, and they make the entire process easy from start to finish. In such a food and event driven town, they continue to impress with their customer service, competitive pricing, creativity and final product.

Bricklane catered my wedding back in march and they did an amazing job. From the moment I started chatting with Christy, she made me feel like our wedding was number one to them. They were just so accommodating even before we had even done the tasting. When I came for the tasting it was top notch. The food was just outstanding and cooked to perfection!! At the end the chef Charlie even came in and asked how everything was and asked if anything needed tweaking. Just loved how hands on they are!! My fiance was not able to make the tasting, so when we chose them, I was so excited for him to have the food. When it came to the wedding day, the food was blew our minds!! Everything was cooked exactly like it was at the tasting and i would say even better!! People are still talking about how good the food was especially the fried quail breast with mac and cheese. Which I still crave till this day. You will not go wrong with Bricklane they will definitely exceed you expectations!! Thank you bricklane!! we love you guys!
