New kitchen and bathroom refurb. Great guys who turned up time each day to work. The resident liaison officer jade lovely young lady who is absolutely brilliant at answering all of the questions nothing is too much trouble for her. Darren site manager very helpful and again nothing was too much to ask of him. Very good company polite helpful n the guys cleaned up at end of each day. Would recommend to friends n family
If their workmanship is as bad as their driving I wouldn't go near this company! Van registration number DY66 WPA, van no 516, passed me at speed over speed bumps in Woking then proceeded to follow the car in front at around a meter's distance whilst breaking speed limits. Have phoned the company but got the answerphone - hopefully I will get a response but I don't hold out much hope!

If they do turn up they will disappear for hours to get parts, come back and not complete the job.
They came to replace a back door in February and it s still not finished by October!!!

company constantly tip toe to the doorstep and post a nobody was home leaflet through letterbox without knocking so they don't have to do work for council. caught them running away numerous times. Baffling how they have a c0ontract with the council
Do not do any work for this company they called me to attend a site in Sydenham in May 2015 after 30 days I rang to follow up on my invoice they told me I was not on their contractors list so could not pay me, tried to chase them Stuart Pillinger a QS told me on numerous occasions that he knew about my case and I would be paid by the end of week each time it was not even a large invoice and I have only bothered to chase it out of principle but do not advise anyone to do any work for them.
Very irresponsible, poor quality of work to myself and my neighbour in the flat. Disconnected the cooking facilities and sink and left us for the entire weekend without running water within this pandemic.
The liaison officer is rude and unresponsive and un-serious.
Absolutely shocking firm!! Will pull the roof off your flat and leave it for weeks without waterproofing it then tell you there s nothing they can do, how they are allowed to operate is beyond me
Last year July I was working for a group I worked for one week I decided not to continue because of all the carry out their level of work after I decided not to continue working I carry in my timesheet and after this day I still haven't got paid I tried to contact them several times everytime Baby realised that is me baby hang up the phone
Total Wast of Time! i ring them up just to find out that the part for my back door has used on some one else job now I have to wait again for the part bloody useless department!!!
Rubbish service, poor delivery on all levels, customer service the worst !!! to repair our toilet which incidentally the plumber messed up causing the floor to be flooded, called emergency service who had to shut it down. for over a week we had to flush the loo, with a bucket of water, bathroom job took 3 months even then it was not good. dried plaster on the bath tub. this company used to be good. reading reviews from customers and contractors has only reinforced my perception of them.
Brilliant service from start to finish, all workers very polite and professional. Very happy with finished product. They left the property how they found it, left the property clean and tidy at the end of every day. Can t fault the service provided.
I have been waiting for nearly three weeks to have 3 pieces of skirting board put back I tried phoning on numerous occasions but can never get through . Appalling customer service
Breyer Group who have been updating our bathroom and kitchen
They don't care about disabled people when doing Decent Homes updates, they leave dust and dirt for residents to clean up each day, they leave the disabled without baths and showers for over 3 weeks and expect them to clean them selves in a sink, and they leave disabled people without heating for over 3 weeks too
They also took the radiator thermostatic valve caps away so we could not even put the radiators back on the walls ourselves.
The Breyer Group make low quality work on high price.
Cowboy and lying company, so many things went wrong and they were only upgrading my bathroom and toilet, in the end had to tell them not to come back. They need to be shut down/investigated
Truly terrible. Do not go near them. The quality of their workmanship is like nothing I've ever seen before... I'm a construction consultant.
Awful company do not care about there staff or their residents. Frequently leaving people without basic amenities. If these cowboys show up to do refurbs at your property good luck your goin to need it. A family of 5 we were left without washing facilities for nearly a month just before the christmans period and when you rang for guidance you were sent on the run around and fobbed off.
