When I was here. Staph infection was all over the unit .. no one was told about the out break because of his (the infected) HIPPA rights. He was my roommate so I stood up and told everyone . I checked out of that place before I could even use there program. So it was a waste of time for me and a waste of TAX payers money. $3400 just to walk in the door and $800 a day. So, if you have NO insurance and if your not RICH. you are not getting help here. Call and ask how much to walk in the door if you have no insurance. And you have NO exersice area in the Willow unit (mental health) only in Cedar unit . (Drug rehab) (ex-military) just saying. Good luck - with that staph infection ..

A year ago I would have given this place a 5 star review. But recently I have had trouble with insurance. The difference in attitude once they found this our is astounding. Going from caring and understanding to not our problem in a few short minutes. It's not your problem but then again what do i do now?
Went to get admitted for detox that was recommended by judge because I didn't have hard drugs in my system. Went 3 times to get admitted and wouldn't get admitted.
I have had a wonderful experience. Michelle and Krissy have been wonderful in helping me least about my emotional and Mental health. I have more internal stability being able to handle life in general. The topics and discussions were extremely helpful and a great tool for helping me learn how to deal worth those issues. Should i need to return i definitely will.
I was very impressed with the way the staff seemed to truly understand and care and it was clear that the morgorty of them had real life experience with drugs and alcohol and was not teaching what they got out of a textbook I would suggest my family an friend's to go there and I would go back if they had not got me clean an showed me a life a forgot I could have
I had a pretty good experience at Brentwood. They treated me with care, respect, and gave me the help I needed in a 7-day time span. Tina was unforgettable and very sweet to me while I was there. Sienna, Denise, and Erin were also some memorable names at Brentwood. The staff was so helpful and kind, I am very thankful to them.
Great staff and a wonderful facility. Brentwood has saved the lives of many people and offers lots of after care including an alumni meeting once a week for any graduate of Brentwood. Also 4 AA meetings a week and 2 EA meetings. I can't say enough.
The staff was very kind and helpful to my family member and the rest of family who visited our patient. Very clean and extremely efficiently run. Would highly recommend this facility! Thank you so much for making a difference!!
I only gave a 4 star because I came in on Memorial Day weekend and only saw my therapist the first day, I was still not coherent and than everyone was off for 5 days. I didn't know what groups to go to or how it all worked so I didn't go to groups for the first 3 days. I did get to see them the day before I requested to be released for family reasons. Also I guess they thought I knew what PHP & IOP was but I didn't. All in all even with this I did have a positive stay! Just wish I did PHP first before IOP!
Mental wellness unit amazing. In order to succeed you must work the programs and groups. Don't go to make friends, go for the betterment of your mental health and sobriety.
I recently stayed here for 12 days. I was expecting a lot more one on one time with doctors and therapists and felt like I was swept under the rug many days. My bathroom had roaches and the common area was always trashed. The food was all preheated frozen crap with no nutritional value. For as expensive as this place is I wish I had searched out other local facilities. I would not reccomend Brentwood Meadows for ANYONE IN NEED OF HELP!
Life changing experience. Amazing and caring staff, fantastic facilities, and a place where there is a real desire to help people get well. Would highly recommend for anyone needing help with mental wellness or sober living issues. Big Thumbs Up!
I loved it there group is very helpful in my opinion although the food is good it could still b better. Did a lot of games & watched movies and colored but it was a great experience and helped me with social anxiety, I actually made friends.
The facility is the nicest in the area. The groups were good. I am not personally doing well, but the Veterans Help for Heroes program is nice to have, and the staff work hard and do the best they can considering that they are under Springstone Inc. and they don't have enough help for all the people they seem to constantly house. I hope the parent company will realize that I believe they should make some adjustments in dealing with long care programs. I wish the staff the best, and I know if I weren't facing some things, that this would be the best choice for receiving help in the Tri-state area.
I feel this program has helped me to face my problems head on, and they challenged me daily to be stronger. The therapists and staff were very understanding and helpful. I recommend this to anyone struggling in life. Our group and therapist rocked!
The therapists there are just there for a paycheck .Your lucky if you anyone once let alone twice. Ed is the worst. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Deconess Crosspointe is your best bet.
I'm very happy I when to Brentwood springs.they treated me like a person and so nice Brandi help me understand what I needed to do next to get the help I need. I felt so happy about my self I stop to help someone broke down on the side of the road THANK YOU
Great staff, awesome living environment. Clean facility, every day was packed with groups,I.learned a lot of cognitive behavioral exercises and got to.learn about my addictions too
I'm senior citizen who relapsed after several years of recovery. Brentwood was there for me when I was ready to get back into recovery. The staff was professional and very compassionate. The overall environment was comfortable and safe. May God bless their continued good works.
Do not even bother going here. I took a family member here to get help and was completely dissappointed with their service. They completely misrepresent the treatment before and during check in. Poor communication, terrible service. They will claim there is a sober living side and a mental wellness side, then group them all together and not give proper care for the diagnosis. They are under staffed and will not even read the patients file from the initial evaluation to give proper treatment. This was by far one of my worst experiences and for the loved one that I trusted into their care.
This is a great place to go to I did the IOP program and it helped me get through the things I was needing help with very nice and friendly staff. Krissy is an awesome therapist as well and I learned alot of things from group.I highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking help. I would go back to Brentwood Springs myself if I ever need help in the future
I went into this place skeptical, and came out a completely different person. The people I met will forever be my friends and not once did I feel alone. I do wish I had the chance to stay longer there, as I do not consider myself completely recovered from my disorder, but every day I was there I would learn something new! I keep my coin in my car and remind myself of where I was and how I came out. I tried 3 different places for recovery, and this was the place that saved me. Thank you!
terrible facility. if your insurance cuts you off they will get you out of there quickly. while I was there a lady died while in there care. they are breaking hippa rules. she was let out for four hours and came back and died. their therapists refuse to do one on one therapy also. please avoid them and go somewhere else where they care more about you. crosspoint is really a nice alternative to brentwood meadows. they charge way to much and what you get for your money is not worth the cost. save your money and go somewhere else is my thought.
Terrible facility. Mostly just a half way house for drug addicts. Maybe OK for drug rehab but not for behavioral disorders. Absolutely not a safe environment . Nothing but women on staff to try and control people fresh out of jail and/or mental disorders.
I am glad that I choose to do my outpatient at Brentwood. Is is a very nice out of the way clean center. The staff are all very nice. Kristi is very knowledgeable and "down to earth". She doesn't make you feel like she is better than anyone else in the room. She knows what we are feeling and honestly wants what is best for us. I would recommend Brentwood Springs to anyone.
4 years ago today I still remember dragging you to the Hospital kicking and screaming like a little baby in the back seat after almost taking your life from drug use! After 11 years I felt hopeless! From there it was your choice on the path you were going to take. I m so thankful you turned your back on that life and you gave your heart to God! There is still Hope for anyone struggling! You are proof that God Saves! I will forever be grateful that me and our son won t have to wake up to a phone call getting the type of news listed below! Happy Anniversary we couldn t be where we are today without Carl Mann Diane DeGraffenreid Amy Gerth and our church family at New Horizon Fellowship and Brentwood Meadows! It takes a village
I had a very positive experience at Brentwood Springs. Everyone on their staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. I am not the same man who signed in at Brentwood Springs. I am leaving here so much better equipped to deal with my addiction. I feel that I am vastly better equipped for a successful future, and I believe I have received the tools and education I need, to achieve a continued life of sobriety. I will heartily recommend their services to ANYONE I meet whom needs help in living a life of sobriety.
As a previous provider at Brentwood Springs, and now in private practice, I cannot say enough about the care that patients receive here! The recent patients I have referred there for treatment have had very good care and improvement in their outcomes.
I was told from the kind lady answering phones that my insurance would be accepted. I was accepted into the program still under the impression by the intake nurses that Aetna better health would be accepted. I got a room and stayed the night. The next morning the billing lady informed me that Brentwood springs does NOT accept Aetna better health of KY. So now I , as a homeless and destitude person will be receiving a bill for over 3000 dollars. There is in no way shape or form I will be able to pay this bill that was NOT explained or put in a matter that I could understand. I have always prided myself as to have no outstanding bills or complaints. I value my credit score bexauss one day I know I will be able to have my own home. Your shady ways of dealing with financial responsibility is atrocious. I will be appealing and fighting this bill because I was made to believe that my insurance would cover my bi polar and substance abuse issues. I would highly not recommend setting foot in those doors to anyone who is homeless and destitude from KY.
My 1st rehab, from the initial assesstment ( Shannon ), office staff, to all the doctors and therapist made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. therapist Ed ( PHP ), and Krissy ( IOP ) couldn't of asked for anyone better. Highly recommend Brentwood springs to anyone seeking help in many variety of issues.
I did two rounds of inpatient and outpatient at Brentwoods on the mental health unit and it literally saved my life. I was able to gain a better understanding of my diagnosis and my doctor helped find the right medication combination. The staff truly cares and do their past to help you no matter what stage you find yourself (suicidal, manic, depressed, grief). If you do the program, there and once you return home, you will be successful. You can contact them 24/7.
The rooms are great and the place is very clean. Safety is a priority and they do a great job.
They will work with you financially so dont let that stop you.
krissy was extremely helpful I learned so much threw brentwood! I would come back if need be but hopefully not! I learned more in Krissy's group in the first session than I did in all my treatment!
I was recently discharged from their inpatient treatment, and wil be entering the PHP/IOP programs. All of the staff are professional and compassionate toward their patients, especially the house keeping employees. The food is great and the environment is clean and safe. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of mental/addition help with issues. Thanks Brentwood!!!
I have many details and experiences at this place that I can share. One might say I am a little biased. My daughter was recently a patient at Brentwood Springs. She had a lot of fear and doubt her first 14 hours and she thought that maybe she had made a mistake by deciding to go inpatient. My daughter has anxiety and depression. The staff at Brentwood was so kind and welcoming and compassionate, my daughter decided that she is in the right place. After a weeks stay, my daughter was discharged. Rachel spoke highly of her stay there and she even remembered names of staff members that made her stay more comfortable and welcoming. When I say I am a little biased, maybe I mean I am a lot biased. I was employed at Brentwood Springs for 6 years. I was not employed there during my daughters stay. I knew when she asked to go to Brentwood that she would be in good hands. Rachel herself confirmed what I already knew. Brentwood is not your average mental health/detox program. Brentwood is one big family that has the same mission and goals. That family is there to welcome people with open arms and give them the best experience ever while they are recovering or getting well. I may not be employed there, my choice due to a career opportunity that I chose, but Brentwood will always be my home, my family, and my recommendation for Inpatient and Outpatient treatment. I cannot say enough good about this place. If you know of anyone or if it is for yourself and you need to get away for whatever reason due to mental health wellness or recovery from substance abuse or both at the same time, Brentwood is your place and you will not be sorry.
I have been in Inpatient and Outpatient twice now. Krissy is an outpatient therapist and she's pretty great! She has already helped me so much in a very short amount of time. I couldn't be more grateful.
Great place. The professional staff and team of physicians give you the best care and direction to be successful. It s up to you if you use those tools they teach you.
This facility according to my mother, who was the patient, had the best groups of anywhere (she was in St Vincent's & Deaconess), and she got the best treatment here, out of anywhere. We, the family, were hopeless until she found this place after St. Vincent's failed her 2x in a row (I would never send ANYONE there for ANYTHING not just mental health!!!). She came out on the correct medications for the first time in her life (66 years old) and a year later is still doing better than ever. It's a Godsend since our Dad came down with dementia while she was having her episodes last year, and she can actually help him as a caregiver instead of the other way around. I mean if she hadn't found Brentwood Springs, both of them would be needing caregivers and wouldn't be able to live at home. Thank you so much to the entire team!!!! We are so grateful!!!!!!
I went april 2017. It was the worst place. Now i have ptsd. I would give 0 stars if i could. They even forced my friend to do things she wasnt okay with.
I've been working at Brentwood Springs for a year and can truly say that lives are being changed everyday. Brentwood is always looking to improve, and the entire staff is doing amazing things and care very much about the patients they serve. Brentwood is setting the bar for the communities behavioral health needs. Proud to be part of such an awesome organization and professional team. Brentwood Springs is leading the way in CHANGE PEOPLE'S LIVES!
This place is incredible, the staff is outstanding. I really felt I took something good with me when I left their. But also feel that the stay was too short could have used more time their. The programs we're consistent and they made you feel like you are part of something good.i really felt as so I would like to go back their, as I still am not quite where I want to be in life.
If you are on the fence about where to go for an intensive out-patient treatment center, please know that Brentwood is one of the best, if not the best option around. Excellent facility managed and staffed by a team of individuals that truly care about their patients. As a fellow treatment provider in the area, I never hesitate to recommend/refer people to Brentwood for a higher level of care. They are truly one of the best places in the Tri-State area that provides mental health and drug treatment services.

The staff at Brentwood helped change my life! I did not feel like a patient here. Many on the staff have experienced addiction in their life in some way and could relate to what I was going through. I would definitely recommend Brentwood Springs to anyone that is struggling with addiction or mental health issues.
My experience while at Brentwood, was life changing! They equipped me to be able to face & enjoy life sober. My therapist (Krissy) was remarkable & truly cares about your sobriety!!! I would recommend Brentwood to anyone that is struggling with, any form of addiction.
Wonderful facility that helps individuals who are struggling. The clients that I have referred to Brentwood for services have all reported very positive experiences when interacting with staff. Individuals are treated with respect and dignity, all while being provided with evidence based therapeutic interventions. Great facility and great staff!!
Staff, food, programs, and the facility itself is impressive. Inpatient and outpatient programs are thorough and delivered by professionals. Rooms are clean as well. It is a wonderful facility for those that need help. The atmosphere is ultimately geared toward safety and recovery.
I really do like this place. It has helped me the several times I have been there inpatient, PHP, and IOP. There are a lot of helpful and caring staff members. I would definitely recommend it over Cross Point. Recently when I had done PHP my therapist Janet was phenomenal and had helped me out a lot.
