This is the best resort in Jamaica!!! We came back 6 times. Loved it every time. We started traveling there even before the waterpark was built. Children s club is the best so far, and we traveled to Jamaica and Dominican Republic and Mexico hotels. Whenever we came back, the girls remembered my kids names, that says a lot they care.
Food is amazing, beach is superb, you can see variety of fish there. The main reason I am coming back is because I can feed the fish and they swim next to you in variety of colors, every time I have a feeling that I am in aquarium.

If I could give extra stars, I would rate it at 10.

Absolutely loved this hotel, loved my room, daily rooms are cleaned. All staff were polite & helpful. Really good entertainment. Great food with lots to choose from. Various different pools. The beach was in view & close to restaurants. Would highly reccomend & will be going back.

Stayed there twice..2016 and 2018! Fantastic memories...will definately go there again

My mother and I stayed at the adult resort. It was everything promised and more. Their staff was so friendly and accommodating! I can t stress this enough. Being greeted with a genuine smile and a hand over their heart each time made my trip. We went to the spa and it was wonderful. The ladies for very skilled and listening to the ocean the entire time made the experience heaven. We booked a second massage later in the week it was that good. They took Covid precautions very seriously. Also, security was tight. Although I was there with my mother we both vowed to bring back our husbands for a romantic getaway. All the couples looked like they were having such a romantic time.

Friendly staff, beautiful and clean environment. Jewel lagoon water park was amazing and the water activities were relaxing and fun can't wait to visit again. Best place for the entire family it was definitely worth it.

This is an awesome getaway for the entire family. It is all inclusive and boasts not just a great resort but also a phenomenal water park with an awesome lazy river, slides and a kiddie play pad. They not just take care of you but they take your children all day in a real fun and safe way. The cuisine is good Jamaican food along with traditional western meals an area I believe can use some improvement. Overall, it is always a good experience being at Jewel Runaway Bay. My place to getaway with my family.

The staff was friendly, helpful and there to make our stay enjoyable. the restaurants were excellent with a variety of exceptioal food potions available throughout the day. We enjoyed it as a couple without young children despite it bring considered a family report. The pools and beach were breathtaking. Would return in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay with lover or family. Very friendly staff and there is alot to enjoy at this resort. The food was amazing and the evening shows with 'Ice Barbie' singing was wonderful also.

There is a mini water park for the kids and they have a day care where you can leave your children while you relax . It was amazing seeing the staff taking the children on a tour of the hotel teaching them about living and non-living things.

We had an awesome time at Jewels Runway Bay. The staff was very friend and easy to work with. The food was good and and we had a wonderful time on the property. We visited the Japanese restaurant and the Chef kept us entertained throughout the entire dining experience. This property is child friendly and there is even a water park for a fun day of activities.
