I was looking for a dentist and called Brea Family Dental. I spoke with Alex and he was so nice and pleasant, I made my appointment. I went in and was assisted by Anna, who was also very nice and then Dr. Chen, Nancy, and Tonia. Everyone was super nice and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Chen has a good vibe to him, he's calm and pleasant. I will be going for dental work with him next week and I will leave an update review. But so far, so good. He seems honest and caring.

I WENT FOR MY CROWN APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE AFRAID OF NEEDLES AND THE NUMBING PART, DR. CHEN IS YOUR GUY. I DIDNT EVEN FEEL THE SHOT. HE DID A GREAT JOB. HE'S GENTLE AND SO IS HIS ASSISTANT, INEZ. SHE TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME, MAKING SURE TO WIPE MY MOUTH, DOING A GOOD JOB WITH THE SUCTION AND RINSE. THEY WERE BOTH VERY CARING AND CONSIDERATE. I AM A HAPPY PATIENT. I'LL BE GOING FOR MOR WORK TO BE DONE AND WILL UPDATE.

This was my first (and long overdue) solo check up at a new dentist office without an accompanying parent to handle the business end of things. The staff at Brea Family dental were very welcoming and friendly! My cleaning was perfect and every step of the process, including the cleaning itself, assessment of my dental health, scheduling of future procedures, and a breakdown of the financials were clearly and thoroughly explained. I m pleased with my first visit and will gladly return for my future appointments!
