Called to speak to someone in either the shipping or billing department and the front desk receptionist was completely rude and unprofessional. It was like I was interrupting her by asking her to assist me. Called back again after not reaching the shipping department and was put on hold for ETERNITY!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!
I worked at Bray over 15 years ago, for a short time, really short! I am embarrassed to mention how short! However, at that time I was going through some physical and mental problems, and I really needed some help. I ended up quitting and moving back to Utah and my mom to lick my wounds and get a grip on life. I left without giving them the reason I quit in the first place. I worked for a fantastic boss, whose name escapes me right now. I do hope he reads this review because I would really like to appologize for my behavior and putting him in an awkward position. I am so much better now. I loved what I was doing and for working there at Bray. The reason I quit was beacause I was really shy and when my boss wanted me to lead a team, well I freaked!! I was expected to do certain things and well one of those things I simply could not do was speak in front of a group of people. I am so past that awkwardness! I sure wish I could remember his name because I would love nothing more than to apologize. He was a fantastic boss and Bray International was an awesome Company to work for!!! Bray was an incredible Company and I am just sorry I screwed it up for myself! I am better than all that!

Not helpful whatsoever. Reception is not doing her job, just puts everyone on hold. Not able to contact who I need at the company to do business. Bad business model if you ask me.
