I had a great experience purchasing my 2017 Buick Envision a couple of days ago. After getting the run around and awful service from other dealers in El Paso, I was referred to Holly at Bravo Cadillac. I gave her the specifics of what I needed in a vehicle and she listened to my needs. She didn't keep me waiting nor did she make me walk all around the lot. We went for a test drive and I even kept the car all weekend and purchased it on Monday afternoon. I would recommend Bravo Cadillac because they are attentive and helpful. I worked with Gabe, the Finance Manager, to sign the contract and close the deal. He was very personable and informative. Overall, this was a great car buying experience and I would buy from Bravo Cadillac again in the future.

Excellent customer service. We purchased two vehicles within a week, or two, from Bravo Cadillac and had a great experience. When shopping for the first vehicle, I was very clear with what I was looking for. Mike Campos found the exact vehicle I was asking for and make sure to give us the best possible deal. When it was time to purchase the second vehicle, we shopped around, and once again came back to Mike. He also made sure my husband and I knew how to make use of all the vehicle's features before we even left the dealership. No other dealership gave us the service we received at Bravo Cadillac. Just came in for the whole promotion they send in the mail with the key attached to it. The salesman right away got very upset because we went in for that and to look around. He was so unpleasant we just left. Bravo, the whole point of your add is to lure people in. WE WHERE THERE, the job was half way done. You need friendlier salesman that are willing to atleast make one feel welcomed. We felt more like a pest, thanks for making my family feel so unworthy. And you have now a person that will steer other people away from your location.

The customer is important only until the sale has consummated, thereafter nobody can see, or hear the customer. Salesmen are lazy only moving during lunch time off the dealership. Service staff and sales staff do not communicate, or they collude to not pay attention to the customer.
Bravo Cadillac goes above and beyond every single time I visit. Specifically, Cesar Degadillo goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. He constantly gives you updates and is extremely quick and efficient! Sally also works extremely hard to make sure everything goes smoothly. I would highly recommend Bravo Cadillac to anyone! Took my Chevy Silverado in to bravo Body shop and they knocked it out of the park ! The work done was flawless and completed in a timely manner. From estimate to completion they kept me in the loop of the process and the date they said they would have it finished is the day that it got done. Very professional shop would highly recommend taking your vehicle to the pros. ( work done was a complete rear door replacement due to hit and run incident, color match(pearl white) and functionality of the door is 10/10). Highly satisfied customer.
After buying 2 new cars at this dealership we thought we had a good relationship with the sales man but I guess we didn't. My husband fell in love with a used car that had just been traded in so we asked the sales man why was this car traded in and he said that the owner had an accident and messed up his back so he couldn't drive it anymore, we bought it. Well... We tried to trade it in and they told us that the car had a rear crash and some other serious damage, we were never told about this, we were very disappointed with this dealership and the people that are committing fraud or lying to customers. HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED. THE CRASH HAPPENED IN APRIL, THE OWNER FIXED IT AND TRADED IN BEFORE TGE CRASH HIT THE CAR FAX! The sales man TOTALLY knew what he was doing. NEVER BUYING THERE AGAIN!

Even though I wasn't really in the mood for "being sold", the staff at Bravo mad me feel like a real customer! They weren't pushy but were very helpful and accommodating! I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them in the future because they were that awesome!
We have purchased several Cadillacs from Bravo Cadillac. Their salesman David Saenz has always been very helpful in helping us find the vehicle we wanted with all the accessories and color of car we want. He has ever come to our home to program our vehicles garage door opener. The service department for our oil changes and other minor repairs is very quick and efficient . We especially like the free car washes and excellent waiting room. We will continue to buy our vehicles from Bravo Cadillac and have highly recommend friends to visit Bravo.

I have taken my 2007 GMC truck in for routine maintenance and recently took it in for a more serious problem and I have to tell you that Juan in the service department and Dave the service manager were great!! They were able to answer my questions and repair my truck very quickly. I would highly recommend the honest and hard working Bravo Cadillac service department.

Covid Sick employees here don t go! The salesman who helped me was Joe he is in the pre owned department. I was doing the test drive when he told me he got the Covid vaccine and he was feeling sick . It was so irresponsible of him to go to work like that risking costumers health!!!! . If he told this to a costumer, I m sure management knew about it too. I called and asked front desk to tell the manager to give me a call and I never got a call. Also, joe was rude when I told him to make me an offer to take the car that day. He said the price is there pointing at the car. Clearly he doesn t like to do business with young women.
Called and spoke with Enrique and Juan in the service dept about my Cadillac Cue screen. I was told the only way to fix it was to replace the whole unit for $1300. Although my problem is solely the sensor for the unit. Everything else works on the unit. I checked online and did my research and found that it s a common issue and it can be fixed by just replacing the sensor by various sources. The sensor is about 150 on Amazon. I thought maybe it was something the manufacturer didn t allow. So I checked at the Carlsbad Chevrolet dealership and found out they will just replace just the sensor. They suggested running a diagnostic first but after telling them that the problem spread from the bottom of the screen then suddenly stopped they agreed it would just be the sensor. It s a shame because my vehicle has the same factory tires and could use a little more love. If they re willing to overprice for something so trivial I ll purchase my $800 tires and do all the other mandatory service somewhere else too. I just recommend doing your homework.

Provided every detail about the vehicle and ... was measured in his return calls and electronic messaging. Not pushy or overbearing. Confident in his initial sales presentation... providing sufficient detail to capture my interest w/o a blind series of pressure calls or updates I would look for him as well as refer others to him. Bravo could use him in a sales rep training video. I am happy. Was further positively moved by your GM, Sales, and service managers. Have worked too with Mr Palacios. Went in to get an estimate for a part for my car. I was given the estimate within 5 minutes of being there. Part was ordered, just have to wait for it to come in to have it installed.

Today I went to purchase a 1984 corvette that pulled servely to the right . I was the only customer willing to pay cash of 6500.00 cash out the door price. For a lousy $250.00 this dealership made me walk. With a credit score of 793 points I Could have walked away with any car on the lot for this and selfish behavior I would not recommend this dealership to anyone nor do business with them in the future

I've interfaced with Bravo Cadillac before but never bought from them. I went there recently to look at a brand new product line that just came out from Cadillac and should have arrived at Bravo in El Paso. I say "should" because the website did not accurately reflect what they had in stock. The website showed vehicles that had not arrived yet as already there, but surprisingly didn't even show the product they had already on ground. No big deal for me. We walked around and found 3 not on the website. I also had my 2018 trade looked at with 3 dealerships already. Freddie ARMENDARIZ did the assessment on my trade, and it was about three grand LESS than any other dealer -including the one that I bought it from. I know several people that didn't have great experiences with service before. I personally have never had a satisfactory time with Bravo EP sales yet- even when I could pay straight cash. The sales people don't call you back, while some of them are good people, others act like they are unpaid volunteers. I really wish there was another Cadillac dealership in El Paso.
No customer service in service department. Don't say high, not even ask what you need they just look at you like you you are a rare insect. Been there several times and is always the same.

Commercial is stating all over the radio that they have great savings on not just new but also used. Went to look at a car with a check in hand and a trade in that.. yes.. owned more than they would give but... Not only we were for some reason after choosing our sales rep also bombarded with questions and inquiries by another guy (his manager?), which made it very akward because we were confused of to who talk to but they were not willing to find a solution on the used car that was for a long while on their lot, we were also rudely told a lie that they are "only" making 2000 bucks on the car as is.. well yes I believe that after all the taxes and other money you loose by not wanting to budge on your side but giving us a joke of a trade in for ours... No thanks but no thanks...

Years ago I owned a Cadillac and was always satisfied with the service here. I guess I didn t realize how good I had it because after several bad experiences at Mercedes, it was obvious that Bravo stands above the rest. I am once again an owner of a Cadillac and it is so refreshing to be surrounded by good service again. I m immediately greeted as I step out of my car, and I don t have to sit in an office for 15 minutes before they even take my car back to the shop. It s a pleasant return.
Cadillac dealership in El Paso needs to be remodeled and they should start with the service department waiting area. The kids area rug, toys and foam puzzles are disgusting and it s obvious that they have never been cleaned. So disappointing to have to see this and have to tell my son not to play with any of it.
Took my wife's car for an oil change and I waa out in an hour and a half with a free car wash and vacuum, good job Bravo

Service department review: Process was very easy. Booked my appointment online. At the time of my appointment, Mike Rodriguez met me at my vehicle and was already expecting me. After discussing my vehicle s issue, I was offered a ride back home. Mike kept me informed of my vehicle s status frequently. The following day, my truck was ready with a job well done. The salesman that took care of us, shouldnt say took care of us because he didn't, he was very rude and discriminatory towards me. I received a paper in the mail that said I might have won something so I went to check it out and to look at cars. But he didn't even let me check he just handed me a $5 gift card and basically said, we have nothing for you here.
This is the worst experience I have ever dealt with in buying a car. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I regret ever buying my vehicle here. Unfortunetly i am from out of town an had no idea. Every person I've spoken to, are absolutely 100% useless, pathetic and full of excuses. They just throw the ball to one another an nothing gets fixed. DO NOT BUY CARS HERE!!!!!! If I was able to give 0 stars I would.
Car is under warranty and was only partially fixed. I'm not sure why warranty is offered when GM won't honor it.

Worst service with the supposedly "recovery credit program " . lies and management wouldn't answer my calls. Asked for paper work and never was shown to me. Was told things and then changed. Called to talk to finance manager and general manager and nothing. Lies and lies.
Complete morons. I bough a Mercedes GL450. They decided the car needed brakes at the last minute. My brakes squeal every time I brake. The engine coolant was 100% water, no antifreeze. I kept getting an error in the computer system due to the coolant no being right. They had problems getting it registered because the put the wrong weight on the registration. Took twice as long to get the plates. No follow up after the sale. They do not treat you with respect after the sale. The manager just keeps putting you off, both finance manager and used care manager. I will not buy here again.
Enrique in the service department was extremely helpful in getting my CT6 up to par and addressed my rear TV issue well. He was was very friendly and even offered to look in to getting the some scratches on my car removed. He kept me updated on my cars progress while it was in service. I have had poor experiences with the service department in the past after not being placed on the loaner waitlist by Juan and having to wait longer than expected to take my car in (after being told that I never requested a loaner); and Sally stating that my tire did not need air at 27 PSI only for me to have to come back again days later for the same reason. Enrique and Sam have been the best service attendants to deal with although Sam is no longer there. I highly recommend Enrique for any service needs.
The staff is very courteous, I have purchased two vehicles from Bravo and will continue my business with them in the future. The vehicle service department takes a little longer than I would like but I would choose lengthy and correct service over quick and bad service any day. Thank you to Bravo for all that you do.

I have purchased two Cadillac s in the past few years and have attempted to trade my CTS for a new vehicle and met with the sales manager and a sales person and not a single sales person has "attempted" to call me. I don't care if they say they have tryed ....maybe they have the wrong phone number. (?) tired of waiting for someone to call me. 3) Let the sales manager know ....I'll look elsewhere to take my business ....soo sad ...Service department gets a five star but the sales department gets one broken star (?).....

Was taking a road trip from Texas to California when the indicator to have the oil changed came on around Fort Stockton. I Googled a Cadillac dealership in El Paso and Bravo came up. Called and spoke to Sam and was able to schedule an appointment with him right away. Once we got to the dealership, we were seen right away. Service was outstanding and I'm glad they were able to help us in a pinch!
Perhaps the worst Cadillac dealer in out 10 years of owning Cadillacs. From the shabby inside to the waiting area which hasn't been updated since Reagan with a coffee maker that may not have been cleaned since Bush. When shopping for a new car (CTS-V) they did not carry that model, did not offer to bring one in, never called us back when we left our info. As a note we had a cts-v at the time and this would have been our second. Even more interesting is we had bought the previous cts-v from the same dealer meaning this wasn't our first time as customers and still they declined to help us out. The service department is quite dreadful with repeat trips for the same complaint the norm rather than the rule. Our car when in for a well know complaint for cts-v's (suspension rattle) 4-5 times before we simply stopped taking it in. At one point they torqued down the front suspension only to have the same noise re-appear within 6 months. They then attempted to charge us for the same repair despite being in warranty. During our 6 years using this department we have had reps from the warranty meet us at the dealer for failed repairs and in each case it was found the repairs were done incorrectly. It amazes me gm allows this dealer to continue with premium branding but that plays to the larger GM shortcomings. For our car purchase last year we found the car at another dealer, flew in to pick it up and drove it back to El paso. The local area is dreadful for car shopping options and there isn't a dealer in town I would recommend. Take your money a d for the cost of a ticket get a much better experience and service out of town.
A walk of faith as I walked into the Bravo Cadillac in El Paso TX and met with Paul P. He was cool, professional, energetic, and helped me get what I came for and needed. The experience was one if patience, constant communication and overall a great experience. Paul did his thing!!! I knew what I wanted and with the help and support of my family I was truly blessed. My new XT5 is awesome and I am grateful for Paul and all of the staff that assisted. The finance manager, Javier, was thorough as he explained the finance process to me. Having learned how much the finance process changed was eye opening and so much easier than I remember. When you wait and are patiently standing on faith you will be blessed with things you never dreamed of. June 11, 2019 was a so WORTH IT WINNING DAY.
