Let's start with checking in, I was kind of expecting not that great of customer service after the phone call to verify my reservation. I am a timeshare owner in Las Vegas, I know they want to sell you on the property and I intentionally do not sign up for the presentation until after I am checked in and see what it is like. When I declined the free dinner and show tickets and got the snide "you couldn't use a free dinner and show tickets" I knew what I was in for. checking in was rushed, and I asked if the room has a Lake view I was told Yes it does. I attached the pic with review (Nice Lake view, lol)
Arriving to the unit, it was clean and everything in order ascetically it was fine.
The Bed was absolutely horrible, probably the worst hotel bed I have ever slept on, big hotel chains have figured out that guests need to be comfortable for them to return, this place has no concept of that. Next, the units are very poorly insulated, you can hear the people in the next unit like they were in the next room.
Upon checking out 3 days early ( I had already paid for a full week), informed them that I was going to another property because the bed was not acceptable, the response was Oh, OK. Horrible beds, Poor Customer service.
