Branson's Nantucket Review

Everything was perfect! It was clean,fresh and beautiful! We had the best view! the kitchen bathroom everywhere else was fully
stocked. The employees were amazing! Very friendly and very helpful. They were all dress very professional. The lobby was also very clean. We loved staying there, and would love to do it again. Thank you so much!

Never like gimmicks to get you to attend timeshare type talks.

It was suppose to be a 90 min sales presentation for a time share that lasted 2.5 hrs

Total intimidation. Hard sell impudent salesman. A horrible experience to get some lousy shows half price. Never again.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Furniture is pretty uncomfortable in living area., needs to be replaced.
High pressure sales people and too expensive for a person on fixed income.
If you have a lot of money, the place will be beautiful when construction is complete. Right now, very noisy.
I am it happy with the sales people, I told them that I can not afford the place and they signed me up anyway. I feel that I was misled!

We had a large group and stayed in a 5 bedroom (3bd, 1bd, 1bd) It was so beautiful and peaceful. The check in was easy and the staff were super nice. They explained the amenities to us and seemed very knowledgeable about the area. I grew up in Branson but a lot has changed. The property was beautiful and the rooftop deck had a great view. The only downside was that the large pool was not open but completely understandable and did not hinder our enjoyment at all. The kids loved the other pool. The rooms were nicely decorated and extremely clean. The landscaping was very pretty. It was obvious that a lot of time and care had gone into the care of this property. We would highly recommend it and will stay again.

If I could rate no stars I would. This is an absolute ripoff timeshare. I was made many promises that are untrue. Buyer beware. I have a complaint into the attorney general and will be placing with better business bureau.

I'm very disappointed with them we made a reservation and some random person that worked there said we did not and we also have owner ship and I also hade paper work that showed that we made a reservation there so I'm definitely not going back ever again

Beautiful properties. Somewhat quiet location-ther are still ongoing constructuions. Did not ask us to attend sales presentation.

Branson's Nantucket is a scam. High pressure sales to get your money and you will not get accommodated as promised. It has been over 2 years and I have yet to get Mr. Frank, the general manager, to settle my dispute and return my money. They now will not even return my phone calls. I am left with a credit card bill of over $9,000.00. During their sales pitch, they will offer you a credit card application to apply for on the spot in order to purchase their timeshare and get your money. That way, they get their money up front and you are left to deal with paying back the credit card company.

The phone marketing is misleading, beware. It's not a group presentation and the paper you sign in with states in fine print that you will give them up to 2 hrs. I was very displeased.

This was a fabulous condo. Lots of room, clean, fantastic views from our secret third floor, friendly staff, and close to everything.

Never again will set thru anorher presentation in our life. We caught our presenter in several lies about her self. We left with out getting our last gift for attending. She talked horrible about other resorts. Which we had checked out as well and was not treated like she did us.

This place was just out of this world AMAZING. Words cant explain the great breathtaking views from the condo that we stayed in. The staff was amazing they did everything to make sure our visit was great down to the maintenance guys taking and unloading my truck for me because they seen I was having a hard time walking,that just blew my mind how helpful they were. The rooms were big and clean.

The room is great, the view is beautiful. As we're here on our honeymoon, we are enjoying our time together here.

It was our first time using our membership it was nice to have a piece of home away from home thank you again Nantucket

Rooms are nice and spacious. We got a 2 bedroom/2 bath. But we were on the lower floor and there are other units in the way of the best views. The people above us must be wearing cowboy boots and are very loud when walking around. Walls/floors are thin. We can hear conversations in the room next to us. There are no bathtubs in the room which might be a problem if you have small children. We have no access to the lookout tower on the top of each unit, which is disappointing. At least we have chairs outside our room to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

The place is beautiful with the view and everything but I can not give it 5 stars because I considered sleeping in the car because the beds were as hard as the floor. Also the construction... it wasnt noisy or problematic except for they dug a ditch and placed what looked like 1 inch cement segments over it which was horrifying to drive over on top of that that is on a hill and loose gravel skids. Also there was dirty children's underwear under the dresser so I got weirded out by how well do they really clean. I did not talk to any staff either due to we got in at midnight one night and left at 7 another. The only time I was around staff was when they were cleaning which they woke us up both mornings due to yelling across the parking lot. The pool could definitely use some improvement for the older crowd that like being in water above their waist. The Jacuzzis were wonderful and in a nice location. But I wish there were some instructions the only reason we knew they were open was because another visitor had called and asked. Also if you come here make sure to get top floor because we had a screaming child everymight in the floor below us and it was like she was next to us along with being able to hear them walk around, so I can only imagine what they heard on there end. The place was beautifully decorated though and again the view was amazing. And at night from the check in its all lit up. Also it would've been nice if while building they smoothed out the roads a little bit. I have faith that when it's done it will be wonderful but they definitely need to get new beds. The daybed that pulled out wasn't that bad but the other two rooms were unbearable.

The condo was really nice and cozy. We stayed for three nights while on vacation. We had a few problems with it but other then that it was a really nice stay.

Became a family member today! Looking forward to future visits and memories! Doug Chapman is a nice guy!

Our stay was fine until it came time for our new owner update. This is when we found out that we had been lied to a few months prior when we became owners. We are trying to liquidate our contract, but management has been rude and condescending.

The unit was amazing! Seriously the best place I've ever stayed on a timeshare exchange. The cupola (accessed by the unit's elevator!) offered amazing views of Table Rock Lake. Fairly close to Branson's strip. Only issue was the noise from the construction at the time of our visit. Would totally stay there again!

I am editing this post and up grading the review. We were moved to another condo much better than the first. The couch in this unit is not as bad as the first one and should also be replaced. Have a beautiful very large bay window with an awesome view however there is no drapes to close at night Very dissatisfied with the condo we have made reservations 6 months ago and wind up on the very lower level the couch is worn out you can not sit in it comfortably

Staying in a 3 bedroom house. Very nice and roomy. Only complaint is that the floors are very dirty. Our kids feet are dirty from walking around with no shoes. The pool is small especially for the size of the resort. Staff has been friendly.

If you would like to purchase the families time share we would happily do so. We can't get a room when requested no matter what season or time. Always booked is statement given. Serious if will use it we will sell it to you.

Do NOT buy from them - I repeat do not!! Whatever they tell you is a huge lie. We are likely going to have to sue them . You can t even book an owners night and pay for it anymore - they are booked the first day you are elgible to do this . Stay away ...

Such a beautiful set of houses. Gorgeous veiws of the lake. Wonderful food and service in their new restaurant up on the top of the main building. House was clean and we'll kept.

Another place to go listen to a presentation. They gave us $125 just for listening. This is NOT a timeshare. Very informative and worth the time

High pressure sales tactics. If you want someone to make you feel stupid go to their sales pitch.

Rude, misleading sales team..
Attended a sales presentation yesterday and was asked to leave by manager..We never raised our voices or cussed. However I did tell them they were just trying to double talk us..They kept insisting they were not a timeshare but on your deed it lists that you are buying interest in a timeshare.. salesman also told us we could not legally donate our timeshare to a nonprofit organization..also not true..told us our realatives would be legally obligated to pay for maintenance fees in perpetuity..Not true..if you do not put other names on deed it becomes part of estate and your relatives do not have to accept the debt.. while we were waiting for copies of paperwork to receive our refund, we were told to quit talking..We were just expressing our opinions on our treatment. They didn't like our questions or comments because potential buyers could hear us.

Cancelled purchase in alotted time by notarized letter. Still getting maintenance fees and LATE fee notices. HARRASSMENT!!! Update 4-1-21. They addressed what appears to be just a clerical issue. Problem properly resolved. Thank you

Beautiful and clean. Beds are very hard. Make sure you re staying on a top level, we were on a lower floor and it sounded like The Dixie Stampede/throwing weights/riding a scooter above us. Floors are paper thin, you could even hear people talking. Kept us up until midnight both nights.

They have a great over look with a giant gorilla outside. Kinda cool place. The building itself if multiple different colors!

Let's start with checking in, I was kind of expecting not that great of customer service after the phone call to verify my reservation. I am a timeshare owner in Las Vegas, I know they want to sell you on the property and I intentionally do not sign up for the presentation until after I am checked in and see what it is like. When I declined the free dinner and show tickets and got the snide "you couldn't use a free dinner and show tickets" I knew what I was in for. checking in was rushed, and I asked if the room has a Lake view I was told Yes it does. I attached the pic with review (Nice Lake view, lol)
Arriving to the unit, it was clean and everything in order ascetically it was fine.
The Bed was absolutely horrible, probably the worst hotel bed I have ever slept on, big hotel chains have figured out that guests need to be comfortable for them to return, this place has no concept of that. Next, the units are very poorly insulated, you can hear the people in the next unit like they were in the next room.
Upon checking out 3 days early ( I had already paid for a full week), informed them that I was going to another property because the bed was not acceptable, the response was Oh, OK. Horrible beds, Poor Customer service.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit. The bedroom was huge. The livingroom/diningroom/kitchen was very nice. Loved having a full kitchen to help save on food costs. View was gorgeous. My only complaints are that we were in a lower level of the unit, so there is 2 flights of stairs to trek each time we leave or return. We also had some very heavy walkers with lids in the unit above us who didn't stop until 11:30 at night.

I have stayed at Branson Nantucket before with people that had a time share and we had plenty of room. This time we came as renters with another couple and insisted we have 2 rooms and 2 baths. They said that was what they reserved. But when we got here they had us in two bedrooms and just 1 bath. We complained and they couldn't do anything about it since they were full. Funny there is no cars in the parking lot. The beds are all hard as a rock. The dishwasher ran for several hours, but never washed them. We come to Branson often and we will not spend our money at this place again.

Beautiful places! The only downfall when we stayed there was when it rained we couldn't get back to our place cuz the little creek flooded.

Horrible experience. Was early but not taken into the room until the last, assume this was because I was an older single woman.
Told the sales person up front, only here for the free gifts. He asked me to listen and keep an open mind. I said OK.
Listened, asked some questions, which apparently to them means you want to buy, to me I was just trying to be polite.
When I finally said NO, the manager became very nasty. Telling me I wouldn't qualify anyway, and I had mislead the sales person.
He was then trying to get me to admit I lied about my income, anything to get out of paying me the gifts promised.
It was more like an interrogation, SO much for the were not going to pressure you into buying. These people are horrible....... Just buy your tickets to a show, it's not worth the time and money to be bullied by this place.

I loved the facilities. The finish product is going to be great. They need to make a better first impression by putting potential owners that come for a introductory visit in facilities that mirror their product not some substandard 70s era hotel then attribute the accomodations to availabilty. They lost a potential sale because they didn't think enough of us to put us up in at least a 4-star hotel. Consider this constructive criticism.
