The doctors and nurses were all amazing and patient and kind, they all went above and beyond to care for me as I battled with covid while pregnant. Grateful to be back home and healthy with my family!

Emergency Room services are probably the worst I ve ever seen. My son went in for medical problems and was taken to the back. A series of medical test were ordered and performed. He was sent to the waiting room and forgotten. I asked the intake nurse what was taking so long and he indicated he didn t have any rooms available. I explained that he was in a room and taken a CT scan and blood work. He checked the system and could not explain why he was still waiting to see a doctor. He only indicated he will check on it. 30 minutes have gone by and still no word on when he will be seen. I absolutely will not allow another member of my family to come to this facility and it s a shame because other areas of the hospital provides excellent service.
My overall experience at Brandon regional Hospital was positive. I came into the ER with severe lower back pain. The emergency room was half full and very busy. My wait time in the waiting room was about 2 hours in total which wasn't too bad. Once I was seen by the ER doctor and admitted I had a pretty good pleasurable stay. The MRI technician that took care of me was excellent. He was very caring as I was in so much pain I could not lay still for the MRI itself. I was crying in pain when I was finished and he helped me to sit up and get back into my wheelchair. He called up to my nurse and explain to her that I need pain medicine right away and seemed very concerned. The two other female technicians that were at the desk did not show any kind of sympathy with my pain and were too busy chit-chatting. Once back in my room, all of the nurses that were on rotation that evening up to the next afternoon when I was discharged were amazing. Overall I had a great experience although I was in pain. The nurses during my stay helped me with pain management and I felt cared for which was very important to me.
Our stay at BRH was great. The nursing staff and doctors were phenomenal. I will say the cafeteria was more than disappointing. The staff was not friendly and the food was mostly cold or old. 2 of the 5 meals we had were warm, one was completely uneatable. If I ever go again I will be sure to be prepared to have someone go get food. Other than that I would highly recommend.
Everything went well, all members of your staff were great doing their assignments. Only problem was when my wife came down from Tower A parking garage, she went left towards the ER, probably could use a sign denoting LEFT is ER and RIGHT IS EXIT AND PATIENT PICK UP.

I arrived in tremendous pain and was seen immediately. The care and attention I received was unexpected and welcomed. The staff was kind, caring and explained everything to me. After I started to recover a bit I did notice the cleanliness of the room and how often the nurse and other staff changed gloves, washing their hands first and of course we all wore masks. I would highly recommend Brandon Regional to anyone who needed immediate assistance. Thank you!!!
I had an amazing experience at Brandon Regional Hospital. After testing positive for Covid, I called BRH to set up a monoclonal antibody infusion. From the scheduling to the infusion to discharging home, the employees were friendly, compassionate and very efficient. They took wonderful care of me. There are some amazing caregivers that work at this facility. Thank you so much for all you do for the community.
I had my csection here last month. Brandon has excellent labor and delivery service. I stayed in the hospital for 3 days. They provided good food too for me and my husband. The hospital staff provided excellent care.
I was diagnosed with COVID-19. After a week I could no longer bear the situation and I went to the ER. From the first moment the attention was great. They did everything in a professional way. I was there for two days and every hour I received a visit from a doctor or nurse who did something. Very accommodating with the attention.
