Lovely hotel. Had the carvery, then the bar food later. Both excellent. Had a few nice pints. Breakfast was tip top, great selection. Clean, quiet, big bedroom. Pool and facilities were great too. Staff are friendly and chatty.

This is a great relaxing hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, even with the difficulties surrounding Covid the atmosphere here was lovely. Good food and well located for the Hook Peninsula.
Had a lovely weekend away with my wife for our first anniversary in mid August. A special mention to Martin at the front desk who (completely unexpectedly) gave us the bridal suite for the weekend, which we barely got to see when we got married there. Really made our trip. Friendly staff, good food and an amazing massage too. Strong social distancing measures too. Thanks
One of the most pleasant experiences I've had in along time, old world with new world meet and offer the traveler the best off both, quite, spacious, very friendly staff, large rooms to relax and enjoy the ambiance that is the Brandon House Hotel, an eclectic mix of well selected art awaits the eye, it's like having breakfast in the Louvre, the food is very tasty, I could only praise the hotel in what was a wonderful experience .I'll be back..
Really enjoyable stay with my sister. Was disappointed to learn that we should've booked the pool in advance of our trip and there were no slots available during our stay. Nonetheless we enjoyed our time, we had a lovely meal and breakfast. The restaurant staff were just wonderful and very accommodating of dietary needs.
Lovely friendly hotel, excellent bar food and recently refurbished room. Great location for a staycation. Jfk park the hook etc all within 30 mins drive
Had a lovely 2 night stay.. Rooms are decent, Clean & Comfortable, Staff throughout were brilliant, Good atmosphere in the Bar and prices were reasonable. Bar food was excellent.. Spent a day in the Spa which was superb and again quite reasonably priced. Only reason I dropped a star was because the Leisure Centre was a little dated and in need of a refurb. All in all an enjoyable couple of days and will definitely be returning. Would recommend highly...
Got the Spa, B&B and four course meal package as a belated birthday gift for my pregnant sister. We enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially Lynn from the Spa). The food was so fresh... we just couldn't fault it. The room was spotless. We had our breakfast brought up to our room at an extra cost of 9. The only flaw was there was no lift.
Accommodation below expectations. Unfortunately for this structure, I have to point my index down. The Manager was very professional, he refunded me the full amount of the reservation, he even tried to fix it but it was too late and I decided to leave the hotel. Development of the facts: I booked through "Hotels.com" a premium room for one night with breakfast included for two people, paying the sum of 146.00 euros on my arrival at the hotel. After checking in, we find that the accommodation was very far from the reception, with a long staircase and more seriously, the room was not premium but standard. I asked to speak to the Manager who tried to fix it by offering me an upgrade, but I didn't accept it because I was disappointed and bitter. A piece of advice I can give to all hoteliers: "Be careful, before deceiving the customer, take a good look around, your business strategy could lead you to the abyss, not to the stars!"
