As a local people we will be very happy if They handle more social service in local areas for poor.....

Gives employment only to ladies, thereby supporting many families.

Peaceful environment sometimes company offers students to work for one day and provides food , sometimes provides vehicle for them and pay salary sufficient for pocket money

This company provides lots of employment to unemployed youth as well women's/housewives andvetc

Clean and green environment. Salary part is the worst thing here. Very less salaries. Only ladies will be hired and they wil be tortured in work. Yes some facilities provided by the company are good. But negatives points defeat the positives. No proper salary hikes.

Financially implementing the locals especially woman's.

I am now talking about a company here that usually posts in movie chatter, short poem.

Sometimes I remember going on industrial tours during my MBA days. Again for many years I spent a day at the "Brandix" campus very close to Yalamanchili, about 50 km from Vizag. There are a lot of interesting things about this company. I avoided sharing them with the four of them ... so when it comes down to it ... I will try to say it in simple language that everyone can understand, not in business terms.

It is a company spread over an area of 1000 acres. Many world-renowned branded clothing such as Calvin Klein and Victoria's Secret are made here. It is the largest company. Here's why I say "too big" -

-Strapping from cotton

-Weaving cloth with that thread

-Coloring it

-Printing designs on them

-Make thread, buttons, hooks for sewing

-Stitching non-woven clothing and underwear with them

-Checking their quality

-Labeling

- Packing

- Sending to the destination

... There is only one world, not one.

Is this normal in any industry? What is the big thing in this? When it comes to that point..it is the factory where the highest percentage of women work in the country.

- The number of people working here is over 18,000

- More than 16,000 of them are women

- If you want an entry level job as an operator in this company, even a 7th class pass is required. The top level employees are those who have studied Engineering, Chemical and MBA.

- Workers with sick children can come here directly with children. There are state-of-the-art AC baby care centers here. There are nannies who take care of them. That's completely free. Those children are also given nutrition. Most companies do not even provide such a facility to soft engineers who usually work in cities.

- Pregnant women are told to work less, give more nutritious food and are kept under the supervision of a doctor every day.

- Nearly 170 company buses ply daily to the doorstep of all these women coming from the surrounding wool.

- Drunk and drive test at the company gate every night for those bus drivers who take workers home on night shift. Duty if it passes.

- Daily incentive incentives for all who work.

- Hospital facility accessible to all.

- Free health check-ups on a regular basis.

- There are no trade unions here. No matter what they do. The reason is that there are no compliant.

- Special encouragement for discipline and professionalism in this company.

- CCTV camera surveillance for every inch in the company.

If all this is an uplift ...

- The water required by the employees of this company for drinking, use and factory needs comes from Godavari. Where water purification is done in the latest technology without using that water directly. It is wonderful to use a high percentage of solar energy (similar to that used for some units in the company) and natural gravitational force, overcoming the need for electric pumping, instead of using normal current for the process.

- There is also a large unit on the premises to treat industrial chemicals coming from used water. The company has a system that purifies the water in stages, tests the fish for survival and then releases the water within 8 km of the sea under their supervision with the approval of the relevant government officials. (Wouldn't our rivers be so damaged if everyone in the country was like this company that protects the sea so much)

He lights a street light with his money so that the municipality does not fall for them, no matter where the lights or darkness are. All drivers are always on the alert as they do not know when to follow.

It is the first Industry where everything available like ATM,Playground of Cricket,football,Tennis,basket ball,badminton,polo etc.
Having self colony for all the staff members and availability of supermarkt etc.

An Apparel park with 40000+ manpower isn't a small deal.
