I recently used Brandco to design our business cards to match our email stationary I had designed by its sister company, Having been impressed by the creative and process of Email Stationery I assumed it would be the same impeccable service I had previously received.

Well, much to my surprise it was even better. I think Phillip Geist is a very creative designer not only is he creative and very tech savvy, his client relations is superb. I recommend Brandco and especially Phillip Geist as I'm sure you'll be as pleased with the final product as I am.

This company has great customer service, is attentive to details of their clients work and is very responsive when it comes to communication. The level and quality of work that they do is amazing. Thank you Ken, Tim, Juan, Tracy and Mackenzie for always being there to help. You are the best!

I do NOT recommend BrandCo for hire. The company did not provide a FINISHED PRODUCT. BrandoCo. will be REPORTED to the BETTER BUSINESS BOROUGH unless a FULL REFUND is returned as requested. Where is the concern and customer satisfaction of BrandCo? Amber, a small business owner, recently invested $1,700 to receive a logo and business card design. Amber was assigned to work with Reem, a young and inexperienced designer at BrandCo. When Amber expressed her concern over the quality of her logo design, Andy Spears, Account Manager, insisted another designer would be assigned, but quickly emailed her with unfinished logo files that were not approved. She does not have a business card design. She does not have a final logo. She requested a REFUND and she was IGNORED. BrandCo. is a true disappointment. I do not recommend BrandCo. for hire.

Brandco has been awesome. Great customer service, down to earth good people that go above and beyond to help you. The owner and the entire team my are very knowledgeable and talented. 10 stars in book;)

I met these guys at a presentation at our Tempe market center then again at Keller Williams Family Reunion. The were always upbeat, polite, genuinely enthusiastic about how they could help plus my business!

If you are looking for great customer service and an excellent product then I would recommend using Brandco. The patience and care that was given to me while they designed my web page would be rated a 10+. They listened to what my needs were; suggested the best alternatives; and produced a product that received many compliments for looks and user ease. This made me comfortable to continue working with them and since then they have designed my email stationery which already brought me one lead ...just by me sending out an email repsonse. I highly recommeend Branndco and staff for quality and service.

I want someone to write a testimonial fort me like the one I am about to write for BrandCo because they deserve it .....and so do I.
The staff is so nice and so patient. I am not a planner which means that I kept tinkering with my site...and yet Denika continued to maintain her patience.
I asked BrandCo to add bells and whistles that, even though this was a first ever request, they managed to figure out a way to make it happen for me. In fact, I'm not going to tell you all the magical things they did for me because you will want them to. The BrandCo business model is fine exactly where it is.
BrandCo staffers were quick. They always responded immediately and their turn-around usually happened with 24 hours.
I've spent 2 years asking around for website design referrals and there was always something that made me unsure of the results and the costs. Although BrandCo and I added some additional engine features which will create a very robust and dynamic search engine for users, the overall cost was less than I had intended to spend and I have exactly what I want now.
You can't go wrong with BrandCo.

I have been receiving harassing phone solicitations from this company. I listened to the pitch and told them that their services overlap with ones I am already paying for. I kindly asked them to take me off their list and hung up. They immediately called back and told me they can't find my business online and that I need them. I told them to take me off their call list multiple times again but the guy kept trying to talk over me and tried to push his pitch even as I explained I don't need them. Frankly, I wouldn't do business with a company who's employees can't listen to my input and only want to sell me something.

nobody answers the phone when you call. annoying. they did correct an order that was made incorrectly.,

BrandCo is 5 Stars all the way! The talented designers did an amazing job on my site and the communication was top notch from beginning to end! I have been continually impressed by the level of service I've received as I explore different parts of the site - every question has been handled swiftly and most importantly, by people who actually understand the situation and have the proper knowledge to assist me. Thank you for providing such an absolutely superior service. BrandCo is truly a pleasure and I am sure we will be doing business together again in the very near future.

My designers seemed too busy for attention to details. Initially took quite a while to get any proofs and then when they came there was nothing special to the designs. I thought with all the time they were taking to create things I was really going to receive something special. They were always friendly but often late for our scheduled calls. It appears they are not very aware of branding/advertising regulations for real estate like other similar design firms are. My website theme turned out looking nicely (and I get a lot of compliments) but it took a lot longer than I expected. My Business cards look nice and are on good stock but again the attention to detail or thought just wasn't there. Just pack your patience and do not approve any proofs until you are absolutely satisfied with the results. I was just ready to get it over with after several months of waiting for the final product. They are not bad but not stellar either. Just shop around first and compare, then decide. Would I use again? Possibly.

If you are going to spend any money on a website, I would highly recommend BrandCo! The design process was easy and I was always informed on the next step and what to expect. Each step was well explained, easy to navigate through the process and was handled with professionalism and progress that was very timely.

Have used BrandCo before and each and everytime they never deliver the product on time. Placed an order for a revision on email stationary 11/3/2015. Revisions were never uploaded and it is 13 days later nothing. This is unprofessional and inexcusable. If you can't complete the job ontime, please let the customer know. No apologizes, no phone call, nothing. Watch out before investing with this company.

I've been trying to get in contact about my order but the phone numbers aren't working.

The idea of BrandCo is great. And the web designers there are wonderful. But they don't create anything else in a timely manner. They have great customer service, but that only goes so far when you charge a lot for a service up front and then never create the materials. And you should have at least 4-5 weeks before you can expect the website to be completed. I would hire them for website design, but nothing else, which is disappointing because it is so much easier for a business owner to go one place for their designs. I see from other reviews that they were always responsive and had a fast turn around, those posts were almost all from 3-4 years ago. Perhaps something has changed because I don't get responses to my emails for 2-5 days and then it takes another week for anything to happen. When I finally did get my designs, the quality was great - it just took a lot of input from me and a lot of time.

Hands down the most kind, patient, creative and genuine people that I've ever worked with! Brandco didn't stop until I was completely and totally satisfied. Special thanks to Phil, Bryant and Amie!!
